I went in the Dollar Tree on West Florissant, was picking up little items but had to use the restroom 🚻 so stop shopping bathroom door was locked so I walked fast to the cashier ask if there was a key she said no I have to call the manager I stood there so long that the cashier stop checking out her customer and walked to office expressing to the manager my urgency to use the restroom 🚻. The manager was very rude slowly walking towards the back to restroom 🚻 saying don’t rush me I’m coming you coming into the store making demands. Do to the urgency did not have the time or energy but she following me into restroom waiting in the next stall until I walk out. The restroom 🚻 in the store there for customers

I had never been in the Dollar tree they were very friendly it's a pretty nice one clean they were stocking the shelves helping each other working as a team it's a nice dollar Dollar tree I'll be going back

I went into the Ferguson, Missouri Dollar Tree on 02/12/22 at 915am. I witnessed the best customer service. I haven't seen this in a while. One of the workers was personally assisting a customer pick out items for Valentine's Day. The customer was so please with the service he looked like he had conquered a giant. And it was all because she took time to help him. Then I was looking for an item and ask a different worker where I could find it. He walked me to the area it should've been in but it was out of stock. He didn't leave it at that.... He apologized for not having it. It was the best shopping experience I've witnessed since the pandemic hit. Thank you both for putting a smile on a Customers face!

It's not one of the cleanest or most organized dollar trees but it's okay. They seem to try and restock new products on top of the mess from the week. The employees all seem to be polite. It's really just hit or miss. Most importantly they now charge $1.25 for everything so guess it's the $1.25 tree now.

This store is suppose to open at 8:00am. It's store hours are posted on the door and I came here only because it's opens earlier than other ones in the area. Me and other customers waited until 9:06 to be let inside. Then to top it off, it didn't have what I wanted. Such a waste of time.
