After traveling to St. Louis for a wedding my fancy dress had an accident. Several people told me to go to CeCi boutique. The selection was huge and I was able with her help to find something perfect for the event that night. Thank you so much!

Terrible quality and awful customer service. I bought a pair of shoes in a bind and they fell apart within an hour. Brought them back within 24 hours and the owner would not refund my money. She insisted that repairing the tips would cost $4, but I phoned several cobblers--and put them on speaker-- they all quoted between $15 & $20. She would not refund that much. Everything in the store is junky. I can live with junk that lasts more than 24 hours. But this is too much. The store has signs that note 14-day refund period, but the owner claimed to me that all shoe sales are final--even though nothing in signs say as much. I believe that this woman is engaged in deceptive business practices and I am contacting the authorities. I tried to deal with her directly about this situation, and she was rude, arrogant and unbending. I can only imagine how many people she has ripped off.

Went in because I saw some St. Louis shirts and things in the window. There was also a sign reading 50% off. Asked lady as the register if everything was 50% off she basically yelled and saying NOTHING here. I asked where and she said NOT HERE. Just keep on to the next convenient store with souvenirs. Absolutely not worth dealing with the rude lady at the front of the store to buy ANYTHING.

Right across from Courtyard by Marriott. They have a lot of cute clothes but they are very overpriced. Best price in the store is bottled H20- 50 cents.The lady at the front register was very unfriendly. She told me the tshirts on the wall were $12 but when I checked out she charged me $14. The owner (I guess) in the back was a little more helpful.

I just purchased an item 20 minutes today, and never felt more uncomfortable in my life by the woman at the cashier. This women was rude , and unhelpful. All I wanted was to get a gift for a family member and this woman automatically accused me of the possibility of me stealing, and asked me to leave a suitcase right next to her. Now I had a suitcase, as well as my white male well dressed coworker whom also walked in before me and was not asked to leave his suitcase in the front. I was only looking for one item and she did not want hand me the blue nhl champion shirt. I wanted to see if the size would be ok for my dad. I had to request to look at it and she was hesitant to give me the shirt, as I was going to run right out the store with the item. This was embarrassing and disgraceful!!! I should not feel uncomfortable at store, and I advised someone to speak the woman working 6/14/19 at 1:25 pm. This is one Latina New Yorker that will never set a foot back in that establishment again.

What a neat store. Had a little of everything... dress socks (when forgot to pack some), beautiful dresses and specialty dress hats, hand blown glass decorations, quick snacks, souvenirs, and nice staff.

Lots of options and all the clothes are extremely unique. We were in town for a theatre conference, and this place is heaven for some designers. Retro clothes for all types of people. I found a unique coat that seemed pretty modern. You have to dig, but there's something for everyone. Everything is new. This is not a thrift or resale store

I was in St Louis fora convention. I went to Ce'Ci to get some snack. I was truly mesmerized by all of the unique things she had in her store. I found a beautiful suit. It was beautiful. I later contacted her from another city, she so kindly shipped me the suit. I Iove Ce' Ci. What a memorable experience. It was like a treasure chest to me. If you are ever in St. Louis, Mo. please visit her store.

I didn't go here for the fashions, but my wife and daughters would LOVE the stuff. I went here because they are right next to the convention center and they have snacks and drinks at MUCH better prices than at the hall. Shop for your ladies, grab some sodas for yourself, leave happy.
