Carafellos was by far the friendliest auto sales business out there. They had a no pressure policy with their cars making the whole process easy to work around. They mention that they're a "family" type of business and you feel that the first time you work with them. They really do try to work with you to get something you are satisfied with instead of just giving you the most expensive thing on the lot. Every single car felt reliable and if any issues came up while driving the car they would send it back to the mechanic to fix it right away. All in all they really do exemplify a family and loyal business.

I absolutely couldn’t have gotten my car from a better place. They were extremely helpful and attentive to my price range. They were able to get me an affordable and really nice car. They also don’t just sell you a car and leave you hanging, they offer great automotive support from mechanical to car detailing.
