Came to pick up reservation and was denied rental due to number in my party and the company overbooking via the website. No refund, alternative vehicle or reparations made. Left stranded. Do not recommend their passenger van or car rental service. When called manager given a email and no clear path to being refunded charges. EDIT: Enterprise reached out (on this review) and never responded except to ask for the reservation number and booking number then never followed up or responded again via email through two separate email communications. Do not recommend the local office or corporate office.

Wife was planning an awesome trip to Disney World with our son, his wife and our four grandchildren. Since flying was getting too expensive for eight people, we decided to rent a van and drive to Florida from Virginia Beach. About a year prior to our trip, I talked to Felecia who manages the van rental side of the business at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 3561 North Military Highway Norfolk VA about getting a 12 passenger van for our trip. She stated it was too early and that I needed to see her sometime in January 2022. In the beginning of January, I made reservations with Felecia for a 15 passenger van since 12 passenger vans were not as available as the 15 passenger vans. On the day my son and I went to pick up the van, Felecia showed us both the 15 and 12 passenger vans and we chose the 12 passenger van since it had more room in the back for our luggage and coolers. The van was clean and sanitized and Felecia was very accommodating in getting us through the rental process. Van ran perfectly all the way down and back from Florida and I would highly recommend renting from this Enterprise Rent-A-Car facility especially when working through Felecia.

The absolute worst customer service experience ever! My mom's insurance rental reservation was messed up. The reservation was made through Engerprise's Priority Pass system with a confirmation to pick up on Sat @ noon, with the phone number to this location. When she arrived the agents said that the pickup location was another office that was closed and they couldn't provide her a vehicle until Tuesday. We asked about getting a vehicle from another location or paying out of pocket and the agent repeated Tuesday was the soonest they could help... no attempt was made to even look, as apparently the 1-800 is a third party. The male agent said that we were holding them hostage despite there being other customers in the store and threatened to call the police.

So my jeep was in the shop for repairs and for the duration of waiting for my jeep to be fixed I went through a Hyundai Elantra, Nissan Sentra, Chevy Malibu, and a Nissan Maxima. In the Hyundai Elantra I could hear everything outside. The Nissan Sentra was like driving a go cart. I called and request a upgrade but was told my warranty company only cover a certain amount of cost per day. I agree to pay the difference for the upgrade. The rep. Gave me a Chevy Malibu. The Malibu had cig. burnt holes and stink of smoke and had a lot of stains. Even after cleaning out the inside it still smelled. The Maxima was fine. Performance great on power. But when you turn the AC on it smell like a cigar was stuck on the vent. Bad experience. Sucked on my part but if that is their standards then it is not for me to complain. I addressed all my concerns to the reps. To be honest I will never rent from there again. Also the questions they ask at the counter when picking up the car. All the personal info been asked for. A thief can do well with it. If I could have given a negative 5 I would.

Very friendly. I made a reservation in the middle of the night for a week. They called me this morning to make sure I was still coming by and to confirm my reservation. They were busy when I got there for pick up. They were quick and professional while still making me feel valued. While they did not have the type of SUV I originally reserved, they did upgrade me from the mid SUV to the luxury SUV for the same price as my original reservation. I was not expecting an upgrade but was very grateful. It shows how much they care about their customers. I will definitely only be renting from Enterprise in the future.

While dealing with a used car dealership nightmare these people were kind enough to pick me up and drop me off in multiple occasions, they were able to extend my rental over the phone and issued me a refund when I brought the cars back early. The key fob to the Dodge Challenger I rented started malfunctioning to where it wouldn't lock the car. I brought the car back and they put me in a 2020 Camero... nice!

Absolutely superb service. Customer service representative was very friendly and went over everything in detail in regards to the rental. I will continue to use Triangle Rent A Car for all my rental needs. I will also recommend others to Triangle Rental Car.
