This review is long overdue. In late December Lee helped me with an upgrade and a new plan. While there was a brief delay in getting my phone (one extra day for shipping—no big deal), she was very efficient, professional, and very communicative. I highly recommend taking advantage of her experience and great customer service. Oh, and she saved my husband a bundle. The upgrade was a Christmas gift for me, and it only cost him 10 bucks! ~Jeff

1020 Park Ave. Empl Kaleb. I went into store to get prepaid service. KALEB IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Assisted several customers at once. Giving equal attention and quality care to each. I was very impressed. His demener was calm and professional. WHEN I SAID HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS VERY HUMBLE. This employee should be recognized for the wonderful job he is providing for metro. ~Mary

Chevy the manager is the best. Out of all the Boost Mobile stores this has been the best experience in all Hampton Roads. She was very professional and very helpful. Charges a dollar for any debit purchase, charges for replacement card, charge $35 for overdrafts, no call center customer service on weekends, mobile banking doesn't tell you where your transaction is pending, the app is trash, no refunded ATM fees, they can't make cards in house, mobile check depositing is clunky, very little locations, and you can only cancel a stolen card during business hours. Anyone in this day and age that's charging for debit transactions and replacement cards and fees has no soul, and are preying on the elderly and the destitute. I won't even walk 20ft near this bank ever again cause they might charge me for sidewalk fees. ~b
