9 Best bank in Norfolk, Virginia (VA) 2024

ATM wasn’t working. Which is terrible since there aren’t many PNC atms that accept deposits in the norfolk area. Please fix the touch screen soon!!! ~Anthony

Charges a dollar for any debit purchase, charges for replacement card, charge $35 for overdrafts, no call center customer service on weekends, mobile banking doesn't tell you where your transaction is pending, the app is trash, no refunded ATM fees, they can't make cards in house, mobile check depositing is clunky, very little locations, and you can only cancel a stolen card during business hours. Anyone in this day and age that's charging for debit transactions and replacement cards and fees has no soul, and are preying on the elderly and the destitute. I won't even walk 20ft near this bank ever again cause they might charge me for sidewalk fees. ~b

Called 4 different times and got 4 different answers . These people don't know how to do their job . Most likely over paid ~jeffsupersaiyan

Went to this branch to mak a deposit and get a title notarized. There were 5 emplyees in the branch and 14 customers in line for the single teller, 4 more waiting for an officer. One teller was working the drive thru (9 vehicles waiting), the ' branch leader' was doing something on his computer and oblivious to the customers. Three customers left before completing their transactions and after 45 minutes standing in line, I also left. Not only will.I never use this branch again, I am looking for a new bank. ~Harry
