Went to this branch to mak a deposit and get a title notarized. There were 5 emplyees in the branch and 14 customers in line for the single teller, 4 more waiting for an officer. One teller was working the drive thru (9 vehicles waiting), the ' branch leader' was doing something on his computer and oblivious to the customers. Three customers left before completing their transactions and after 45 minutes standing in line, I also left. Not only will.I never use this branch again, I am looking for a new bank. ~Harry

My husband and I worked with Jason Kulas, a mortgage loan officer from Towne Bank Mortgage, while purchasing our new home in Va Beach. Jason made this process not only easy, but pleasant. Well what to say about this place. The girl behind the register was very nice. Tried to help in any way shape or form. Even tried to help finding things they didn’t have in the store. Customer service was on point. Store is stocked full from front to back and side to side. Some items are new toys. Some items have to be second hand toys someone owned and are just trying to sell. Pricing well some place items are not cheap. Second hand items are comparable to ebay and other sites. They have Melissa and Doug toys Barbie wrestling sonic TMNT you name it. Overall for a mall store. Everything was to be expected beside customer service. Nothing against this store on this part. It would be against the mall. You need to redo signs, entrance points, I had to call this store and get parking directions to even find the right door. Store gets 4’and 1/2 stars. Mall brings it down for me especially since it’s sitting in a big part of the city. ~Fordguy23

The owner Steve, the salesman, and staff were extremely nice. As for the car I purchased not so much. Granted the SUV ran smooth but there were multiple issues that were not safe. Along with some confusion to the mileage. However the team was understanding and cooperative and I was satisfied with the end result. Don’t think it’s a bad place to buy just be sure to take a thorough and extensive look under the hood before deciding and signing any paperwork. ~Shaquontae

What can I say, it D.T.L.R. 🤷. If you're looking for customer service. Go somewhere else. Because this franchise is so not into customer service in 757. Walked into this location. It was 2 employees sitting down talking amongst themselves. I was in the store for some time. And it took for me to walk to checkout and look around. I said oh, y'all work here. I thought you were customers. I'm speechless to this company. ~Just
