What can I say, it D.T.L.R. 🤷. If you're looking for customer service. Go somewhere else. Because this franchise is so not into customer service in 757. Walked into this location. It was 2 employees sitting down talking amongst themselves. I was in the store for some time. And it took for me to walk to checkout and look around. I said oh, y'all work here. I thought you were customers. I'm speechless to this company.

Three employees behind the counter and I was the and one sat on the counter and one of them address me the 15 minutes I was there. Sad to be treated like that when stock it high and sales are low for this store.

Went there today and the guy was very rude. When we first walked in a guy yelled at us and told us to make sure we put everything back in the right spot. There where alot of people standing with him around the cash register and they all started laughing. He then preceded to follow us around the store fussing about us putting things in the right spot. Everyone act as though they had attitudes when asked questions. We just left without buying anything because of the way we were treated. I been in there previously and it wasn't that way. This time everyone was very rude.

I go here every now and then shoes are normally up to date with the most recent releases at least in jordan but if your looking for more variety try creme in the mall but overall I like DTLR even tho sometimes mfs just stair at you an dont say nothing but idgaf as long as they got my size we good fam😂

They were very rude including the manager no one spoke or asked to help me while in there...I had2 stop the manager from flirting with a customer that was greeted min later after a few min of me being in the store to get assistant......made my purchase& the service still seemed rude,ratcheted the manager to not even had said come again with that nose turnt up......my last time in this particular dtlr....
