Online says open til 9 arrived at 8:00 door was kinda locked. They thought it was and I opened it and asked if they are open. Lady came over and locked that jank on us but she told us Hibbet is open so they got that money instead.

Ghetto!!! Store closed at 8 pm . She stood there with the door locked at 755 pm and said they were closed! No customer service! Do not recommend!

On 4/21/22 I was in the norfolk store shopping . Sales Associate Monroe and Shantel. Had Top Notch Customer service Very attentive and help me out with my selection.Thank you all!!!!!

Horrible. No greeting when you walk in. The prices on the shoes don't match the price at the register. They had a particular shoe "on sale" but when I was ready to checkout, the price was different. The manager lost a good customer over $20. I'll take my money elsewhere

I see why this store has 2.9 stars. I always come into this location and I’m never greeted. Never ask if I need anything. This is just a ghetto location with poor staff. Very Disappointing.

Only the guys helped. The females are on the cellphones, cursing from across the store (mind you my kids were with me and several other customers in the store), and the females were extremely rude at checkout. They couldn’t seem to fold a shirt, so I folded and left without purchasing so as to avoid becoming angry. They’re a horrible reflection for this business. Consider replacement. They look too old to be so remedial.

Brought two pair of shoes. Loved 1 pair didn't care for the feel of the other. Tried to return a pair well within the 14 day window and was told they would not because they look like they had been worn. Of course I had to "wear" them trying them on and walking in them to know how they felt?! She said that she couldn't resell them, then I guess I'll have to. There was nothing that a Q tip couldnt remove on the bottom (Google won't allow me to attach pics) won't come here again and will be disputing with my bank.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life shoe city on North military highway I walked in the store was never acknowledged 1 of the sales reps made eye contact with me on 3 separate occasions and still did not ask me if I needed assistance or anything of that nature If you do not want to provide service you should not take jobs that require you to assist people or provide service

I'm from MA. I was visiting and I told my sister who moved there that I needed a long term souvenir. Long story short, they had some amazing sales on sneakers, and I got some beautiful and comfortable Adidas swift runs for 43.00 instead of 85. Can't wait to go back and see. They had a decent selection on kids shoes, but none in my child size.
