The owner Steve, the salesman, and staff were extremely nice. As for the car I purchased not so much. Granted the SUV ran smooth but there were multiple issues that were not safe. Along with some confusion to the mileage. However the team was understanding and cooperative and I was satisfied with the end result. Don’t think it’s a bad place to buy just be sure to take a thorough and extensive look under the hood before deciding and signing any paperwork.

How is this place still open????? Despite previous reviews I decided to try them. I’m a local of Norfolk so decided to give a local business support. I called today 05/22/2020 and was greeted by a warm, friendly lady. She put me on hold and the “salesman” was rude and short with me. I figured hey it’s a holiday weekend. Maybe he was with a customer so disregard his short behavior. I went after work. Still in uniform and a mask. I walked around the lot for 20 min! No one asked if I needed help. Many folks walking around. The car I viewed online the 96 bmw that was “sold” according to the salesman was still on the lot! Like wow really?! Odd but ok. Plus the VW beetle beside it was almost $3k over the on line price?! I came with cash in hand 20% down which was what I was quoted over the phone $1100 for the beetle. Yet no service was given not even a hello or hold on. I guess giving local businesses a try is not needed in 2020

Let me be completely honest about this company only 20 got in the military 2 years in I finally want to get my nice big dream car and like most I can’t pay it or majority of my check goes to it and because it was through a dealership and a loan with a bank I wouldn’t realize how much it would Cost me financially. Skip ahead I pay them all this money just to have ABNB say they can’t give me my car until the tow fees are paid and they charged daily (30 or so) but the longer it was in there also the more fees ABNB jacked up complete mistake at this age. I go here at Steve’s thinking I can put down 15 or 1700 make 200-300 payments and I find a truck I love and it’s 300 a month (over 250,000 miles) keep in mind majority of the vehicles on this lot have an issue ( mine had a tire sensor fault but I could pass inspection ) or a noticeable cosmetic defect but I needed to get to A to Z so I was 100% satisfied and service was great skip ahead 7 months these ppl have towed my car twice because they take your payment and if you haven’t paid full the previous payment it won’t go towards this month Unlike a loan you pay whatever and you take care of that month according to the system but you still owe something previous or a fee it will tell you what you should pay but you can still pay a minimum or some sort of payment ... now lets get back to it well the first time I will be honest I was on leave and completely forgot my payment especially because it wasn’t auto pay like the rest of my bills got back they towed it I paid them like a day later ... fast forward the second time keep in mind neither times did they tell me themselves they were going to tow my car even ABNB tells you your car is in the process of tow pay this to avoid it no they had me like a fool sit on that phone thinking I’m getting great customer service next payment isn’t even due the female on the phone says keep in mind you still owe from this month I said ok great I’ll still make payments and give extra when I can ( it wasn’t a lot ) under 500 but not to just empty my pockets for but enough to keep my car later on they tow my car and didn’t give a warning ! No email! No phone call ! In fact the tow company calls you not them and they don’t even know what for or why they just tow it back to the lot. Now in reality if I knew they were coming (like ABNB) I’d say you know what to keep my car what can I pay before it gets towed I’ll miss some other bill but I need transportation and if we already had an agreement why honestly go behind my back to tow your car when you could’ve made your money being honest with me keep in mind their phone calls aren’t recorded not to mention I was so upset I raised my voice a little and not only did the receptionist say let me speak to my manager and see she in fact didn’t call back ! Now here’s the kicker it wasn’t even a month from the last time I spoke to them for them to tow it it’s almost as if they waited to see how still I was to take it just so they could ensure they get a full payment because common sense if somebody won’t pay all your money as fast as you want what do you do take it with no consideration have a ridiculous tow fee of $300 tell the person to pay oh idk $300 worth of missing payments ( 1 month !) and then tell them pay the month in advance. if there wasn’t the month in advance it would’ve been understandable to a degree and thank the lord the tow doesn’t add up after the flat rate but almost 1000 straight out of pocket for a truck that leather is well dated tire sensor fault is on and has scratches all on the back and a Bluetooth radio put in by a previous owner that wasn’t done professionally 250,000 miles over and I’ve been a loyal customer is pretty upsetting I just wanted something decent to get from A to Z the people were nice BUT now everything is my fault , you don’t know why your coworker would promise something you couldn’t do but has done it before is unprofessional I’d honestly wouldn’t recommend this is for people who want a used up pickup truck or mail car that they can pay it all off with issues.

The people there are very friendly and professional. I was extremely pleased with the attention that they gave me. It was a very hot day and they offered and supplied refreshments. I was truly impressed with the help of Mr. Patrick McRoberts. Although they did not have what I was looking for, I will come back in the future. I was even met the owner Mr. Steve. I will tell others about this used car dealer. Thank you tor all that you all did.on my visit.

I got a great car. Exactly what I wanted. The idiot lights kept coming on so I took it and had them reset. Other than that I am happy with my car. They had to do a lot to my car before I could drive it off the lot. It took them a couple days but it was done and I love my car. Know what you want and how much your willing to spend for it. These guys know their cars and like any one else they want to make the most for their cars.
