Best toy store in Norfolk, Virginia (VA) 2024

Well what to say about this place. The girl behind the register was very nice. Tried to help in any way shape or form. Even tried to help finding things they didn’t have in the store. Customer service was on point. Store is stocked full from front to back and side to side. Some items are new toys. Some items have to be second hand toys someone owned and are just trying to sell. Pricing well some place items are not cheap. Second hand items are comparable to ebay and other sites. They have Melissa and Doug toys Barbie wrestling sonic TMNT you name it. Overall for a mall store. Everything was to be expected beside customer service. Nothing against this store on this part. It would be against the mall. You need to redo signs, entrance points, I had to call this store and get parking directions to even find the right door. Store gets 4’and 1/2 stars. Mall brings it down for me especially since it’s sitting in a big part of the city. ~Fordguy23
