Bucyrus Pizza Hut - ordered a pizza Friday night. Got it in an hour, as the they said they would be there in 90 minutes. So prompts on bro g faster than you said. But the pizza was cold to the touch and the 2 liter was warm. It was left on my porch and they knocked and speed off. Before I could open the door. Plus they automatically charge a $4.59 delivery fee. Won’t order again from Bucyrus Pizza Hut.

Got it to go. Why are they getting so skimpy with the toppings? Each piece of pizza had maybe 3 pcs total of the toppings. We ordered a large bacon, ham, MR, tomato, onion. Please, improve and give more toppings like we pay for.

The pizza and service were good. There was no ice or glass glasses and the only drinks were in 20 oz plastic bottles.

No fountain drinks available the price of the 20 OZ pop is nut and the food is OK it has changed a lot from what it was so I'm sorry to say I will not be eating at this place any longer

I would like to receive all of my order next time. I will no longer be tipping for delivery as this is the 4th time my order has been missing something. Management did make it right however bringing me the rest of my order.

Confirmation email said that my order would be ready at 6:40 pm. It is now 7:41pm. Still sitting at the drive up window waiting. No updates from the employees, but since I already paid I’m stuck here. No offers of making it right. We won’t be back for a long time and we order several times a month.

This time as a couple times before my order clearly stated for my pizza to be diced into squares and nope they did not comply with my request.

I love that I can order on the app and it will tell me how soon my order will be ready. It gives me plenty of time to run into town to get there when it's fresh from the oven and I will still be good and hot when we get it home. The service is always friendly and the restaurant always clean. They offer contactless pick up.
