The food was very good, however the driver wasn't given the entire order and he had to go back. He returned quickly and the food was hot. He was very pleasant and courteous. I will order from them again..

I ordered and it said 7 min . Then the little car was on other side of town with my pizza !! I called store and Amber hung up on me !! Not very nice treatment !

The food was very good, however the driver wasn't given the entire order and he had to go back. He returned quickly and the food was hot. He was very pleasant and courteous. I will order from them again..

I love reading thru reviews on here and feel bad for these folks at PLX Dominoes. Like hold times, delays etc aren't a part of everything in life these days. Shame on you all. Way to hurt a business with the "power'" of your keyboard while being completely out of touch with our current reality. All you guys have always done a great job for us. We appreciate you and you working thru all the obstacles that a small business faces these days.you kill it EVERY time for us!!

We love this store! I keep seeing people giving this location bad reviews. Our family has ordered from here many times, always pick-up as it's too far for delivery. We have one a bit closer, but feel this one is worth the extra few minutes drive! We've always had awesome food, prepared exactly how we like it. Especially tonight when we ordered! Extra thank you to Jeremiah! Garlic bites and pizzas were on point!!

Stay away. Raised prices on a sauce that no other store did. 2 out of my 3 pizzas had zero sauce, I mean zero and I asked for extra.

Call Domino’s Pizza tonight to order 16 wings a lava cake and an apple cinnamon bread. I waited for seven minutes on the phone with no one answering. I was hoping to place my order arrive and wait in the parking lot until my pick up time. By the time someone answered I was walking in the front door. I placed the above mentioned order and was told to return in about 15 or 20 minutes. I returned in 20 minutes and was told that I’m too early. Way too early. I was shown a shelf with 11 boxes on it and told all of those orders needed filled before mine. I returned to my truck hungry frustrated. I asked for a refund and told My money will be returned in seven business days or so. It will be much longer than that before I give Domino’s Pizza on S. Main St. my business.

We ordered last night and the worker was extremely rude. He didn’t want to take the order and was extremely annoyed we asked for delivery. He said it would be at least an hour as he was trying to convince us to pick up instead. We waited over an hour then called to check on the order. We were told they were working on it. After another hour we chalked it up as a loss. My husband found our bank account had been credited already this morning but we still wanted to address the matter with the manager. The first worker he spoke to was again very rude and hung up on him. The manager then called my husband back, told him they never got our order and told him there was no way our bank account could have been credited that quickly. His name was James and he insisted the store has never been better since he took over. My husband had to block the number because James is continuing to text him with rude, unprofessional comments.

Everytime we order from this location there is an issue. They routinely forget our sauce and even when we order something simple like a pizza with extra cheese this is what we got. No extra cheese and it's not even COOKED! Last time it was burnt cheesy bread now this. The pasta has maybe a spoonful of sauce. It's just upsetting and the "free pizza" they offer on the app is just not worth it if the pizzas continue to look like this. Delivery driver was great I feel bad he has to deliver this poorly put together order. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the driver was such a sweetheart. Edit.. we had food delivered and it was to the standard and above. They keep this service up we will order more.! Above and beyond on all the issues we had in the past. It's like they had a checklist and hit all the Marks!

This is what our pizza looked like! 3 of them were all awful! Brought them back in and the store remade. Super disappointed that I had to drive all the way back in. Called 2 times and no one answered the phones. And this was 7:50. Not prime rush time.
