Worst Sonic ever!!! 15 minutes to get a chicken sandwich with onions. No onions and no catsup with the fries. Sat another 10 minutes waiting on those. Finally got so disgusted with cold food, we just pitched it and went to Whataburger. If I’m going to have to wait forever, I’m going to wait somewhere where the food is actually hot and they know what catsup is. Avoid this Sonic at all costs! Gotta love the copy and paste response. Just another reason to avoid this place!!

Aweful press the red button, they turn it off press it again they turned it off again. So I left, wait Worst Sonic I have ever been too. Not even that busy empty stalls all around me. Lazy workers with no clue of customer service. Owner need to come and see them in action.

Very disappointed with the kids chicken tender meal. Both kids meal the chicken was over cooked. I think the chicken was aready cooked earlier and they just threw them back in and cooked them more and fries were also old and cold. Never again...

EVERY visit is awful. Literally been here 20 minutes waiting on 1 blast. It has been 10 minutes since the order board said Star was headed with my order!!! This is so typical of this location. I sat and watched them talking and laughing with my frozen blast just sitting on the delivery counter and of course when I finally get it there is no whipped topping which I ordered and paid extra for!!

I used to love eating here however due to inflation their prices have gone up drastically and unfortunately I'm not going to be paying seven dollars for the small amount of food That has been provided

The workers here are very positive and upbeat which I really appreciated. It was the best sonic experience I've ever had honestly. Keep up the good work!! It's definitely not in vain.

I'm not one that leaves reviews. But this was so ridiculous that I had to share. I ordered a Dr. Pepper on the app. Thats it a simple drink. I checked in and it took a shade over 20, TWENTY MINUTES, to get my drink. No excuse for that. The drink is great as usual, but man yalls delivery time needs ALOT of work.

I got to Sonic 5 until 4 pm, pressed the red button. No one took our order. Granted, it was busy. But we had to push the button 3 times. We ended up leaving at 4:17 pm since no one bothered to take our order. The could have at least acknowledged we were there, and said “will be with you in a minute”, we would have waited & understood. Poor customer service.

Slowest sonic I've been in. Over 20 mins for 4 drinks and corn dog. Then had to wait another 10 mins, after the car hop acknowledged me asking for 1 straw. Apparently straws are optional, the car next to us was missing hers too with only 1 drink while we waited to order.

Good , food was cold outside is very dirty they need pressure clean is very greasy the floors and very slippery if you plan to go outside like i did to trow the trash 🗑
