I must say this is a awesome subway to eat at I used to be a manager at subway in garland off of Jupiter and I didn't just experience a great salad but had Tim & Eddie who had exceptional customer service and great personality and most of all service with a smile that's not something you really see anymore and I really enjoyed it. I'm not sure who their boss is but these 2 are great really. Give them boys a raise and keep them cause great skills like these 2 have is hard to find I really enjoyed my salad thank Tim, Thank you Eddie for making my day yall are great. Keep smiling.😃😃😃

The guys working there looked high, didn't know what to do and the other "helping" was about to touch my sandwich without gloves if it wasn't because I stopped him. I didn't even eat it. $15 wasted. Nothing looked clean. It was very disgusting.

Gross vegetables and flavor on almost everything. The subway by our house was down so we came here and was not impressed at all. In fact, disappointed. We won't be coming here again. Although the guy making our sandwiches was nice and stacked up the meat, maybe because it was old and they wanted to get rid of it though. 🤔

When we went here there was only 1 worker. Tables and floors were filthy. Flies were flying everywhere. Food was not fresh. It was horrible. The worker asked us to give him a minute and he walked out. We waited 5 minutes then just left. We will not be going back there.

This subway is a complete joke, I waited in line for an hour, something has to be done about the fact that they arent even handling the food properly!!! I've stood in line with 3 other customers all saying they were gonna call corporate!! And as I've read the reviews it's the same, they only reply and say we will look into that and never change the results!!! Well look into it already!!!

Worst subway ever !!! Filthy , they are out of half of the vegetables , the vegetables that they do have are not fresh . Took them half an hour to make a sandwich ! Gave me wrong Change twice ! I lost appetite and trashed the whole meal . Do yourself a favor , go somewhere else !!!

This has to be the worst Subway. It’s either opened late or closed early. Half the employees smoke and DO NOT wash their hands and cough all over the food. Walking into this location is like walking into a jail cell. Felonies, bad breath, dirty clothes, smokers cough, and no teeth.

I live close by and eat there 4 or 5 times a month. I wanted a wrapp today and being short on time I figured I would call in my order I waited for 15 min while the phone Rang and rang. It would have been a great meal tonight. June 20 4.50pm

Customer services was terrible. Their trashes were full, the floors and some tables dirty with food. The fountain drink table was not sanitary the straws were not cover with any plastic or paper. One of the girls kept getting out just to talk to her mom who was eating at the restaurant (instead of cleaning the dirt tables.)
