Nastiest store I have ever been to. It doesn't look like it has been cleaned in months. The floors had melted popsicle puddles, dirt everywhere, clothes all over the floor. Sad, because I love Family Dollar.

Horrible poor ratchet store I'm just still trying to figure out why is this location still open please can a corpus store let me know all the shelves are always empty every time I come and I've been coming for at least a month now and there prices are ridiculous Today is my last time I just had to walk out And I'm not coming back

Staff was rude and wouldn't answer my question. I was short 30 cents for some white T-shirts. I asked nicely, so I thought I'd at least get a reply but no, nothing. Cashier just puts the shirts behind the counter and walked away. What is this world coming to? Smile more and reply, your job may not be that good but at least you're not pouring concrete

The store is in disarray. The shelves or empty. All the good or on the floor. Frozen food is out dated. The manager don't even say thank you. Very rude.

This is the family dollar that I frequently visit, The employees are downright friendly and always have time to help costumer's locate the items they're seeking, GOOD JOB Y'ALL

Worst experience I've ever had. Some random person tried to call me out on social distancing and she was not following the distance squares. I'm standing on my square. Which I had get into a conferentation about her not where she should be standing was in front of her. She acted like she was above everyone in the store including the staff. This store is in a very bad part of town. Camp Bowie, Hwy 80. If you want to be respected and treated as an elder. I'm 53, this lady may have been between 20-35. Grown ups don't ever go there. It's very hood/ghetto. Some us are educated. But they should close that location , because that crowd is the terrible westside.

The older lady with the red hair is rude! I've been taught to speak whenever I enter a building and every time I say "Good morning or Hello" she never responds. All the other employees are always very nice. I've been coming to this location for almost 2 years and her attitude hasn't changed yet. I bought 1 item today and she told me how much it was before she even scanned the barcode. Whenever I say "thank you" she doesn't respond. I know she can talk because I've heard her speak before so what's the issue?
