9 Best clothing store in Fort Worth, Texas (TX) 2024

Staff was rude and wouldn't answer my question. I was short 30 cents for some white T-shirts. I asked nicely, so I thought I'd at least get a reply but no, nothing. Cashier just puts the shirts behind the counter and walked away. What is this world coming to? Smile more and reply, your job may not be that good but at least you're not pouring concrete ~Jayme

Why tell us an order is ready at 4:45 and then make us sit in the pick-up area until 6:26? We not only wasted time but also gas for running our a/c in the heat. We checked in at 5, and at 6, we asked an employee what was going on, and we were promised that he would be right out with our order. This wasn't even for us. It was for a family that we were trying to help out who had no food for their baby, or we would have left without the order. Totally unacceptable! ~Donna

I lived by this Walmart for 7 years and they always have almost no cashiers at night. And after 1 year of covid nothing has changed. Or it’s gotten worse. I got in line at 10:20pm (they close at 11:00pm now). They only have two cashiers. It’s insane.I was checked out at 10:43. 23 min. Guy in front of me and behind me had 1-2 items and lady two spaces ahead of me had 1 carry basket of items. Only 2 folks in front of her. I was 5th in line. ~Samuel

The store is great but the manager and one of the cashiers (girl with black hair, about 5’4) are really rude and disrespectful. I tried returning an item, I told them I didn’t use it, the cashier proceeded to smell the item as if I was lying and continued to treat me like that. The manager came over with an attitude and treated me poorly. Corporate should really take a look into this and make their employees take a training on better customer service. ~katelyn

This spot don't really have a lot of selection of the clothing or items pretty empty for a clothing store and I visit on several occasions different times still a terrible selection of choice of clothing really going there and buy one item cuz there's nothing else I see worth buying I highly recommend they get brighten the man section cuz it's literally five steps and that's it nothing really to view ~T

Most employees are so busy putting away their truck from last night that they don't have time to assist customers looking for items. Or are out of stock cause the truck still isn't put away on the shelves. Management needs to assign more help during truck to get it out where customers can buy it and get out asap. But the employees try their best to be as cheerful as possible. I dont blame them. It's a management issue. ~Raymond

Cashiers are nice but whoever the manager is she is the worst. She completely LOCKS the store during hours of operation and LEAVES when ahe chooses to. Im fed up. ~Raidyn

We went here today and bought two pairs of shoes, the young guy working in the shoe department didn’t even acknowledge us and seemed irritated when we asked for help getting a box from up high then he climbs up the shelf and boxes were falling onto the ground, the shelves were shaking he hands them to me and says “here!” Even though he was working right there putting shoes up the whole time we were there. The only person who was nice or smiled was the cashier on the way out. We were there at 1:00pm today spent $310.00 on two pairs of shoes and the employees were so rude except cashier. Store was a mess. We liked the shoes though. ~Amanda
