Best grocery store in Fort Worth, Texas (TX) 2024

Why tell us an order is ready at 4:45 and then make us sit in the pick-up area until 6:26? We not only wasted time but also gas for running our a/c in the heat. We checked in at 5, and at 6, we asked an employee what was going on, and we were promised that he would be right out with our order. This wasn't even for us. It was for a family that we were trying to help out who had no food for their baby, or we would have left without the order. Totally unacceptable! ~Donna

I lived by this Walmart for 7 years and they always have almost no cashiers at night. And after 1 year of covid nothing has changed. Or it’s gotten worse. I got in line at 10:20pm (they close at 11:00pm now). They only have two cashiers. It’s insane.I was checked out at 10:43. 23 min. Guy in front of me and behind me had 1-2 items and lady two spaces ahead of me had 1 carry basket of items. Only 2 folks in front of her. I was 5th in line. ~Samuel

Although the food at the deli is good, I’m not going back until they fix this one issue. The employees behind the deli food area are always eating, drinking or chewing something in the food service area where food is being handled. I’ve complained before, more recently a week ago to a manager. And that was the second time. I was assured this issue would be fixed. Either the employees are defiant or just don’t care, either way, fix the problem. If they in fact went to get their food handlers certification, they know about not eating/drinking anything behind the counter. I’m calling Public Health in the morning to report this long going issue. They can do this type of behavior at home, but not at work. ~Joe

Been coming here since day 1 and the customer service is exceptional! They always have quality products and a HUGE selection. Definitely recommend them anytime I can, you won't regret it. ~Sara
