5 Best home goods store in Fort Worth, Texas (TX) 2024

Why tell us an order is ready at 4:45 and then make us sit in the pick-up area until 6:26? We not only wasted time but also gas for running our a/c in the heat. We checked in at 5, and at 6, we asked an employee what was going on, and we were promised that he would be right out with our order. This wasn't even for us. It was for a family that we were trying to help out who had no food for their baby, or we would have left without the order. Totally unacceptable! ~Donna

I lived by this Walmart for 7 years and they always have almost no cashiers at night. And after 1 year of covid nothing has changed. Or it’s gotten worse. I got in line at 10:20pm (they close at 11:00pm now). They only have two cashiers. It’s insane.I was checked out at 10:43. 23 min. Guy in front of me and behind me had 1-2 items and lady two spaces ahead of me had 1 carry basket of items. Only 2 folks in front of her. I was 5th in line. ~Samuel

This is my Ashley kitchen table. Notice how parts were installed upside down and have already fallen apart? We had this delivered in March. Within 20 minutes we had taken dozens of photos of scratches, dings, and the fact it wasn’t even put together correctly. Sent the photos to customer service immediately, they promised someone out in a week to assess. Gave us a date - no one showed up. Called them “no we don’t have anyone scheduled” Fast forward to June and they will “have parts shipped in a few months” and “have a technician out” in a few months. ZERO customer service. The most garbage service I have ever received from a company. The tags are still on the chairs because we won’t even use the table. But after a minimum of 10 calls and numerous emails all we get are excuses. I will never purchase any more junk from this store. The customer service is pathetic and I feel like we’ve been ripped off. Do not buy furniture from this company. They cannot stand by their word and make zero effort to rectify the situation. They offer zero interest, but also offer zero interest in making things right. ~James

I brought these barstools in 2020, they were amazing! Moved into a bigger place, I wanted to buy too more for my kitchen island. They were $20 more than the first set and I had to put them together myself! Very disappointed because I feel as if they aren’t as secure as the older ones. ~Keniya

I’m not sure how more reviews aren’t mentioning price. My sincere disappointment after leaving this store is the only reason I decided to leave one myself. Low quality and shockingly expensive. The average price I saw for everyday items was $20. I can appreciate the customer service that others have mentioned but even with that in mind, just shop online. ~Annie
