WeHadStppedAt a different store on Saturday and notice a bedroom suite that we really liked. We stopped at several other stores and had narrowed our search down to sets at two stores. Because the Ashley we initially stopped at was out of the area we thought we would take a chance that our local Ashley in Alliance would have the set we saw. They did and the price we were offered was better than what we got at the other store. We made the decision to make the purchase and were happy we went to the Alliance location. Our salesman was very friendly and worked with us to complete our purchase. A great experience.

Right off the bat, this Ashley house was great. Everyone was great, they welcomed us and proceeded to let us browse about as immediately as we entered; then David introduced himself. Great guy, knowledgeable, and didn't "float around" waiting to assist. It was almost as if he only showed up when he knew we had questions etc. Needless to say we left with an awesome selection of furniture on delivery because they allowed us to stick to our tastes and budget AND had the furniture to satisfy the criteria. No pressure. Just a great experience.

This is my Ashley kitchen table. Notice how parts were installed upside down and have already fallen apart? We had this delivered in March. Within 20 minutes we had taken dozens of photos of scratches, dings, and the fact it wasn’t even put together correctly. Sent the photos to customer service immediately, they promised someone out in a week to assess. Gave us a date - no one showed up. Called them “no we don’t have anyone scheduled” Fast forward to June and they will “have parts shipped in a few months” and “have a technician out” in a few months. ZERO customer service. The most garbage service I have ever received from a company. The tags are still on the chairs because we won’t even use the table. But after a minimum of 10 calls and numerous emails all we get are excuses. I will never purchase any more junk from this store. The customer service is pathetic and I feel like we’ve been ripped off. Do not buy furniture from this company. They cannot stand by their word and make zero effort to rectify the situation. They offer zero interest, but also offer zero interest in making things right.

This company is an absolute joke! After openly admitting that our salesman was fired for lying to customers, they are not doing anything to take care of the customers that were done wrong. We purchased $14,000 of furniture in one day being tall that everything would be delivered no later than May July. Now I have a dining table that I can’t return because they don’t except returns with no chairs and still have another 3 to 5 weeks to get the the chairs. I’m now being told my bedroom suit will not be delivered until October when it was supposed be delivered by end of June early July. I get since Covid products and materials are not readily available all the time, but some kind of consideration for your customers that would like to buy your employee would be nice. I called customer service and the gentleman named Chris that I spoke to was very rude, offered no help, refused to answer questions, and when I asked him how I file a complaint on his customer service he said I don’t know I said OK well can I get your name he said he Chris I said OK do you have an employee number or last name I’m not obligated to give you that was his response. So I asked so you’re the only Chris and all of Ashley Furniture company and he giggled and said yes. The conversation ended there. Although the store is acting like they want to help, they have truly not offered any help. We purchased at the Ashley in Alliance Fort Worth Texas. I can honestly say I will never buy another thing from this company, nor will I refer anyone to this company. Do your research, I should have!

Update-when i wrote this review, I was happy with the service i was privided. I have tried and tried to contact the store to make a change to my order. You cannot get in touch with anyone at the store. I left a voicemail. No return call. Called the number the sales person gave me, no answer. The number for the local store connects you a customer service person who cannot help. Extremely disappointed in the way this whole process has turned out. Good luck getting someone to call you back or answer the phone. Going to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. This is my go to for furniture needs. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I ended up changing my mind after the sale. I wanted to go with a different style. They changed it with no issues. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture

No call No email. We Called the delivery department. Now they say March/April??? Again we called them nobody called us or emailed. We are now at the end of February. We decided to call them to see where we are at. Again WE CALLED THEM!! Turns out it is going to be another added 10 weeks. I'm sorry, but this is not customer service. Why I am I having to call YOU? It would be different if someone reached out to let us know what is going on. Now we are looking at over 9 months. Ashley already has our money. Currently trying to decide what to do. We love the bedroom set, but is it ever going to be delivered. If it's on backorder, just let us know. Things happen and we get that. Just Let us know. This my serving time around going here. The first time was a disaster. I ended up canceling a 5000 dollar order after waiting over a month for delivery. Since then, they are under new management and what a change!! Our salesman Jon Silcox was amazing. Informative, no pressure, friendly, respectful, and most of all no Misleading. Easy transaction. Delivery date scheduled for sometime soon (1 week). Would have been sooner but I pushed it back. A welcome change over delivery on the next Haley’s comet appearance in my previous experience. This store is run right.
