After looking at multiple furniture stores and not finding exactly what I wanted, I ended up at Havertys at Alliance Town Center. I was immediately greeted by Cynthia. She asked me a couple of questions and took me to a sofa, I probably wouldn’t have looked at. She nailed it! I ended up with quite a few pieces and she ensured everything was right from sale to delivery. I decided on a smaller version of my sofa, and no problem, they replaced it within the week. Pleasant experience. Ask for Cynthia when you go, you won’t be disappointed.
