This spot don't really have a lot of selection of the clothing or items pretty empty for a clothing store and I visit on several occasions different times still a terrible selection of choice of clothing really going there and buy one item cuz there's nothing else I see worth buying I highly recommend they get brighten the man section cuz it's literally five steps and that's it nothing really to view

There are plenty of men children and junior clothing options but for the misses and plus size women and even the shoe options were very little to none also the jewelry even though it is costume the selection of pieces was very limited it feels like they are behind seasons just now putting out late winter early spring merchandise but I am more disappointed in their lack of jewelry options more than anything

I like this store. I used to be able to get voted contacts there but nowadays thanks to covid, you have to order them online. I like the t-shirts.

Horrible experience! I have frequented this particular store spending hundreds at a time. On this day I went to make some returns, probably 3 in total amounting to less than $25. I bought a pair of distressed tennis, a pair of black jeans, and a pack of socks I had not noticed had marijuana emblems As soon as I told the clerk (Vanessa) later to find she is a store manager, my intention for return, she accused ME, The Customer, of bringing in a damaged product, when in fact, she did not know her products. It went down hill from there. She actually refused to service me by way of refund. Wr all know when making a debit purchase, it's in the computer It's neither here nor there regarding store policy, who's right and who's wrong, but NOBODY DECIDES to keep MY HARD EARNED! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE CITI TREND MCCART

I walked into Citi trend on January the 30th something has totally changed with the customer service. The ladies there was so engaging with the customers. I was so shocked. Thank you Mesha for having outstanding customer service. 😄

I love your stores, everytime I have shop there I always find something I like. Children clothing, shoes etc. Even things for the house. Love it.

I love the fact that the store is always neat and clean when I go. I also love the fact that it's one of very few places that still offer layaway. The only bad thing is they don't have public restrooms. It's a clothing store and nobody goes in for 5 min, so when you have kids you have to literally walk to Subway for the restroom and then come back and finish shopping.

I love the fact that the store is always neat and clean when I go. I also love the fact that it's one of very few places that still offer layaway. The only bad thing is they don't have public restrooms. It's a clothing store and nobody goes in for 5 min, so when you have kids you have to literally walk to Subway for the restroom and then come back and finish shopping.
