The store is great but the manager and one of the cashiers (girl with black hair, about 5’4) are really rude and disrespectful. I tried returning an item, I told them I didn’t use it, the cashier proceeded to smell the item as if I was lying and continued to treat me like that. The manager came over with an attitude and treated me poorly. Corporate should really take a look into this and make their employees take a training on better customer service.

This is my favorite Marshall’s. Ciara, one of their team leads, is very helpful. I was in search of a toy my daughter had pointed at one time, and she found it for me and placed it on hold for the day to give me time to pick it up. There is a big variety of products and I like how it’s merged with homegoods. I go out of my way to go to this location!

Great store! I recently purchased a large item that was somewhat fragile. Even though the store was busy as all get out, they painstakingly packaged it for me so it wouldn't get damaged in transport (it was the display item, the last one they had in stock), and did so happily, as well as carefully loading in my truck for me. Excellent customer service, IMO. Great and huge selection of homeware items, and very reasonably priced.

Great store! I recently purchased a large item that was somewhat fragile. Cashiers need to focus on current customer in front. I informed cashier I wanted to do partial cash payment ;said okay walked away to talk to another cashier. When she returned I asked her again you sure you will be charging the partial. Mad she went ahead and said take off card and give me cash first. No need for her to get mad when clearly if she had done what’s right since the beginning…

Always lots of different things to see in the store is usually stocked well. Most locations as well as this one are fairly organized and easy to check out they usually have enough pictures available to keep the line moving. I always find something there that I don't need but I want. I highly recommend both muscles and HomeGoods for their home accessories and unique home furnishing items. 😁

I was told by two employees that the numbering in this wooden stool, that was NOT cheap, would come off simply with a warm wet rag. As you can see, it has not. I’ve tried multiple cleaning supplies and had to stop because the wood is getting damaged. I already took the tags off so no way I can return this. I’m sooooo mad
