Pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. I have gone to this same one last 4 months and every time there's a different reason why they don't have it ready. The time before this last one, it was because there were 4 different profiles and they had to correct them and merge them together. They said I shouldn't have issues any more with picking up prescription. This time it was because my "birthday" was wrong. Weird because it's a "refill" so it should be same as last time. (And supposedly they had fixed it??) When they do find it, she says she'll fill and it'll be ready in 20 mins. I come back a few hours later expecting it to be ready. It's STILL not ready. Now she's saying how she" tried to call me". Ma'am, you did NOT leave a voicemail saying there was an issue and to call you back. You just called and then hung up. So now the lady says she won't release it because of the birthday being wrong, I give her my drivers license and everything and she won't fix it. She finally says she'll give it to me but then tells me a much higher price. I ask why when I have to pay almost double now, and she says because it's not for me, since it doesn't have my birthday. Not sure if that's even legal but ok. I go with a different medical provider and pay for a new appt just so they can call in a prescription with the CORRECT bday, and it should be ready by next day. Honestly a prescription generally takes no more than 30 mins to fill once it's received. I call up there the next day and THEY say it shows it will be ready by 6pm. The pharmacy closes at 6 pm🙄. She offers to "check if it can be ready sooner". A refill normally doesn't take 7-8 hours to fill. I call different CVS and she tells me it shows in her system that it's RRADY for pickup 🙄 (I wonder why the first lady told me it wouldn't be ready till closing time?) She also says she can just fix the birthday so it won't get rejected by insurance and then fixes it over the phone for me. (Hmm why did the previous lady refuse to do it and instead just told me I would have to pay more??) NOT SURE WHY this pharmacy on 6000 Bryant Irvin Rd can't do any of these things and instead give me the run around. The SAME EXACT company but at a DIFFERENT LOCATION, the CVS at 5700 Overton Ridge Blvd can do ALL of these things. Weird how they ARE BOTH CVS but one pharmacy always seems to have issues and is hostile, but this other one doesn't and is super friendly. I'll let others make their conclusions as to why that is 🤷🏻♀️ Trust the other reviews who are saying they are having same issues with this CVS as well.

I’m not sure why I still do business at this place. The customer service is horrible, I get alerts to pick up prescriptions just to find out they can’t be picked when I arrive, they have multiple rotating pharmacist;they of which is a detriment because they’re not all on the same page, and it seems like they make up things as they go despite complying with the STATE regulatory agencies. It weird, To promise a callback and not make good on your word is detrimental to your customers lives. It’s a pharmacy , not a fast food restaurant! Level up

I dropped my prescription off and I'm told it'll be ready in 15 minutes so I come back in 20 then whoever Madison or whatever her name is at the pharmacy when do gets an attitude and it's completely disrespectful when I ask for how much longer it's going to be wants to cut me off but I guess if I was white I wouldn't have these issues and I walked back into the pharmacy to get my other prescription because I don't want to do business with them anymore and I hear a conversation before I even get into the pharmacy about the interaction that we just had at the window through the drive-thru

I was on hold longer than it took me to walk to a cvs close to me. Google tells you how bussy the store is at that time and it said less than usual. Then when I find out I can’t get my prescription transferred, I call back for the prescription number to have it delivered. They tried to keep me on hold till lunch. Then when I tell him hold on I need to get something to write with he just starts telling me the number anyway. I told him hold on again I’m looking for something to write with then when I get something he just sits silent on the phone like he’s not there till I start getting mad and my mom says he’s very unprofessional then he wants to talk … avoid this location

Best CVS in Fort Worth. Exceptional pharmacy staff always friendly with nice pharmacists I really trust and they are good at giving shots. Front of store staff is nice and they have a very neat and clean store.

I had a very good experience. Sweet young lady at the pharmacy register and kind pharmacist who took the time to go over all my new medications thoroughly even though he was very busy.

This is the worst CVS I have ever gone to. Poor customer service and the pharmacist DID NOT counsel me on new meds. Instead he stood in the back laughing with one of the pharmacy technicians. Instead of me receiving a call about my prescription being ready when it was actually ready, I received the call after I completed the transaction. I WILL NOT have anymore prescriptions filled at this location .

They have a good selection of wine. It's not a very busy CVS with a strange parking lot. Sometimes you'll need to walk around the store to find someone to check you out.

I have been using this pharmacy for years, and within the last 4-6 months it has devolved into the single most incompetent medical experience I have ever had. Between not answering the pharmacy phone, to the disagreement on policy from different pharmacists/techs, to flat out misinformation, I have not been able to get certain scripts filled without a fight for months. For example, this month, I received a phone call from a human on 11/8 regarding a controlled prescription. He indicated it was too early, but would schedule to be filled 11/10. The app indicated it was FILLED on 11/11. I went in to pick it up and was informed that despite the phone call and app notification, it was not eligible to fill until 11/12. I also could not ask it be scheduled to fill the next morning - I would have to call or come in again, and it would take about an hour (for a medication required first thing in the AM). Upon calling today, I was informed that I would now not be able to fill it until Friday 11/15 because they were out of the medication. I fill this medication around the same time every month, and have for years at this location. At the very least, they could have informed me of this when I was in the night before so I could contact my physician to try to transfer the script as it can’t be done between pharmacies. This medication also causes withdrawal symptoms when stopped suddenly. I have been shorted medications, had medications filled that have been discontinued by both my physician and myself, been forced into ScriptSync despite opting out numerous times due to my medication schedule, and so much more. But due to the direct contraindications amongst staff members, and complete incompetence at keeping their customer informed, I have switched all of my family’s prescriptions to an independent pharmacy as of today.
