They removed one of their atm machines, and the remaining atm machine is broken and will not read checks. This is unfortunate.

I don't bank with Chase but in executing my Mom's will, was introduced to Pamela Pacheco at the Rochester Hills branch and Rolando at the Brighton branch. There were numerous tedious steps I had to take to establish and monitor her estate account. The reps at these two branches have been very knowledgeable, accommodating, classy and dedicated - including call-backs on Saturdays and follow-up phone calls - activities sorely lacking in today's world. These have been the 1st times I have been in bank branches in years. The experiences have much exceeded my expectations. Thanks, folks.

Got confused about their hours. Showed up at 5:20 thinking they close at 5:00. Barely stepped foot out of my car and had two awful women barking at me that they were closed. When I said I got confused and thought they closed at 6:00, one of them laughed and said “hours changed six months ago.” People at this branch have awful attitudes every time I bank here and this is the final straw. I’ll stick to the New Hudson branch.

This bank might as well been closed for 3 months during Covid. Business banking was not even possible - Closed my account for going negative after they shut off mobile business deposits, closed the lobby (March 2020). Hold money for Days for some reason this spring. When I came there to deposit money into the account during stay at home, I was treated like they didn't care one Bit. I asked them if they wanted there $800.00 today or should i find another bank. The lady replied find another bank! Before that I waited in the parking lot for 45 mins for there phone call as it was In car service at that time. No call ever came, I walked back up to the door and had to remind them i was still waiting. Left the parking lot, went home found another bank (Huntington & Ally). Had account setup in person the same day. with Huntington and made a backup online account with Ally. Been 4 months and I cant believe the difference in treatment. Big Banks just dont care

I have been with Chase Bank since 2008 and I have to say, I receive the most consistent service from this location. The people are professional and knowledgeable. The tellers are basically always smiley; Which is nice. And recently, the staff was very helpful when I had to make some "big" changes. Overall, this is my go-to location when I need talk to Chase staff face-to-face.

Was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t know banks still took time with people. I do a lot of my banking online but recently have needed a bank that can do more (currency exchange and needed personal account advice) and was blown away by how much time Ryan spent explaining and going over features with me. I would recommend giving Chase a try if your looking for a big bank that still feels like a neighborhood bank.

We’re new to the area and met with Ryan Kistler. He was unbelievably professional and fixed a few problems we were having with our online banking. We are VERY satisfied with his service and would definitely recommend anyone who doesn’t care/doesn’t know much about banking to be a client of Ryan’s. He was super easy to talk to, was honest, and phoned us back EXACTLY when he said he would. Couldn’t be happier with Chase because of Ryan and his service.

My experience at Chase bank has always been very, very, satisfactory. The tellers & the "Private" bankers take their time & take care of the customers needs/requests- 100% of the time. Yes, sometimes it can take a bit longer to get to a teller or a banker, but they are indeed helping other customers (like me)- even over the phone, I have had absolutely the best help. I am their "customer for Life". Thank you!!
