ALL YOU NEED! We recently have renovated our entire first floor, which included our kitchen. We shopped the big box stores only to basically be ignored by sales people. We then contacted a young lady named Hailee from Cabinets Express. Let me tell you how over and above this young lady helped us. She answered every question - even the silly ones- She called to make sure the cabinets were to our satisfaction, she even came to our home to inspect them and make sure that we were/are happy. And followed up every time when we were to receive additional materials. AND .. The delivery guys were awesome, they were very polite and showed concern in our mess of renovation not to bump into or damage anything. So, a few weeks later after we received our cabinets, I contacted Hailee to see if she could assist with countertops, as again, we were not having much luck. Within a few quick hours, I had a sample picture, prices, and an estimated install date. That's service over and above! I would and do, highly recommend Hailee and Cabinets Express. They have made my life and renovation so much easier! Trust them, they do what they promise. AND they included free hardware!!

The kitchen cabinets were great, but our experience after that not so wonderful. We were told it would take 2 weeks for delivery of cabinets from purchase date, it was 4 weeks. There were two pantries that were not in stock, that would take longer. It actually took around 5 months. We had been told they would notify us as soon as different pieces came in, we never were, we always had to reach out to them. Communications along the way not what they should have been.Would buy these cabinets again, just not from Cabinets Express. Lowes and others sell these also.

I usually don't write reviews and I've really been trying to hold off on this but I will probably never buy cabinets from here again. I love the look of them but I don't like the business aspect of them and a little bit of the quality of them for how much we spent. Bought some before when it was KSI and had no issues, now with the new place we have had nothing but issue after issue. Our first issue was we had to cancel three cabinets and crown molding after ordering for a different size and ended up receiving the three cabinets and molding upon delivery after having to pay a restocking fee. We ordered a 90 inch pantry and received a 96 inch pantry. Everything else had been little things that just keep adding up, I've had about three drawer fronts that had the screws pull out and they said they would send more and either didn't send them or they have different hole placements on them so one drawer face won't go on. A pin hole in one door face, a blue pen mark on one drawer face, received a replacement door for the blue pen mark and that door has a big chip right out of the packaging. It's literally one thing after another with this stuff and these people here. When I went in for the first time for them to look at my kitchen layout they told me I had to do it during the week because they where to busy on Saturday when there was no one in the showroom. I called and asked if I could email my layout to them and they said no I need to bring it in and when I did she scanned it and said she would email me back with a layout they have, same thing I called and asked if I could do but they told me to come in. After all this I finally see on the website they offer free hardware with cabinet purchase and I was never informed of any of that. I knew about the place so I had no reason to look at the website online, therefore not knowing about a code to get free hardware. Not happy with this place at all. I'll give 2 stars because I love the look of them but nothing else about this place, the look you can get almost anywhere

I am extremely happy with the cabinets that I purchased. Very affordable and very good quality. Very pleased with the customer service experience and definitely recommend this company. I currently have some pieces on back order and totally understand as this is happening with most suppliers in todays economy and definitely not the fault of KSI/Cabinets Express.

Issues upon issues upon delays and lack of communications from their team. We have had to follow up 10+ times via email and call to get responses on the same issue. There was a miscommunication on the height of the cabinets as the first thing we dealt with along with installation instructions and how to install the cabinets as well. We have currently been waiting on a simple drawer front, for over a month after it was supposed to be installed and that is the only thing left to finish our built in desk. Would not recommend even though they had a better price. Spend the extra few hundred dollars and go to a different company.

As the previous review stated about communication, I couldn't agree more. I have to call everytime I ordered more kitchen cabinets to see if they are in. I got in on a special where you get free hardware. My cabinets have been in for a month and I'm still waiting on handles. I do love the cabinets and Jake our sales guy has been helpful in design but totally lacks in follow up. You ask for the manager to call you to discuss issues and he doesn't call either. Have been told my drawer pulls are coming for months, still not here. Frustrating!!

Excellent service with a quality product. After some initial confusion with order, Sales Josh and Manager Matt cleared things up promptly. The standard line Valleywood cabinets have a plywood, not pressed wood, box that are very solid and look nice. Great value for our laundry room.

Couldn't be happier. We remodeled our laundry room with new cabinets. Matt, Jake, Mike, and Colleen worked with us to make sure we had the best possible experience. They were professional, prompt, and stayed in contact with us even after installation. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had been looking for a combination of good pricing and quality merchandise. As the bathroom vanities and countertops were not that nice in the big box stores. And still a lot of money for what you get. We ended up with an amazing new bathroom vanity and counter top.

After our basement flooded we had to replace our all of our cabinets. KSI express really spent time helping us design an even better solution. While remodeling we found we had to make several changes and that’s where KSI express went above and beyond. They were so easy to work with so accommodating and dealt with all of our change request and came through with flying colors. The best thing about this place is that you are getting the best value, you won’t find a better price or better quality anywhere else. We turned our lemons into lemonade with the help of KSI express
