Went to buy a grill, after 6, wasn’t busy. Three people working service desk- nobody knew who to call or what to do about bringing it out…they just stood there smiling like not knowing how to do their job was funny. Told me the person they called was on break. Attitude made it seem like they’re doing me a favor by doing it themself instead. Finally told that I could get a cart and meet them in back?! All that time and you can’t bring it up front? Seriously? Get back there and see three people…AND A CART. Unreal. Felt like I was on a hidden camera show. Can employees really be THIS BAD at their job?! At the Canton Home Depot on Ford Rd… Yes. They. Can.

1st time going to this local location the guy in the paint division didn't catch his name but he was very helpful didn't mind adding in suggestions. Look for the guy with glasses kind of tall (white complexion) sorry wish I caught his name very helpful 🤦🏻♀️

Spent thousands of dollars at this store and tried to return sand paper $161.00 worth that I had bought for the use of 1 of there machines from tool rental which that sucked to begin with and didn't work for the job which they pointed me to use and said it would work and then I tried returning the sand paper for store credit with out receipt and was denied that's not right and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone

Limited stock and lockers. I have been going to this store for to many years to count. I have always enjoyed my shopping experiences there. I (not because of covid) experience more items I need to order on line then in stock at this store. This is the smallest store in Michigan and one of the first stores in the area. They need to expand the store put towards the parking lot. Also the lockers are in the way and now the carts are outside in all weather. I wonder who in corporate made this bright Idea to decide this?🤦🏼. Lockers should have been put in the exit area by the cashiers or self pay. I do enjoy the workers there and this is a Complain about the company itself not the workers.

Waited 20-30 minutes to get my wood cut while 6 other employees walked past me. I'll gladly go somewhere else if this is the type of service I'm going to get for buying a lot of wood from here.

Came here for our blinds. It was an easy, quick process. Very happy with the end product. Have had many issues at this location ever since, and will not be returning. Cards have been destroyed.

So ran around looking for a ac unit hopefully finding one. With luck last one. With in my price range box a little beat up but no biggie. Packaging straps still on. Nope. Used all the foam was used on the bracket. Hopefully I thought I would buy something new, but I get used, half slapped together because someone does not know how to work there ac unit.. hopefully home Depot will take greater care in finding out items where used, other then that it works so I will use it

I needed some Behr paint 🎨 and Home Depot sells it at a great price. The salesperson ( woman) in the paint department was so helpful and assisted me with all questions. She mixed my paint and showed me options. She was great!
