The staff is super helpful. We didn't realize they had a basement, we shopped here a full year thinking it was just a small store...but when we were there last asked for help and the employee showed us the parts we needed downstairs! We probably would have had better luck finding what we needed in the past if we had known, maybe a sign letting people know there is more downstairs? Either way they still get 5 stars because it is a great store with great people!

I used to love this Ace, but as of late, it seems the employees have gotten lazy and quite rude. They told my almost 70yo mother we are "too busy" to help, as the two men were standing around doing NOTHING w/less than 2 customers in the store.. This after being told on the phone, before driving all the way there, that someone would be there to help her out. I drove her to the other hardware store in town and they were more than happy to help her out. In and out in minutes... Ace has lost not only my business, but my respect as well.

I've been going to this Ace for more than 30 years, I thought it was just about the best large, small town hardware you could ask for. When Andy purchased the store several years ago I thought that was all over, here comes another "cold" box store. Not so! Andy is GREAT! The selection is really quite extensive, for the most part the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Always my 1st choice. I highly recommend Andy and Andy's Ace Hardware 👌 👍 👏
