I got a spiral perm on my hair 4/17/22 and that night my hair was very kinky and brittle felt like a Brillo pad. They fried my hair. I wanted just some curls in my beautiful hair and know I have a mess dry, brittle, kinky I can’t even comb it without a hand full of hair coming out I cry every night since Saturday. I’m going to court with this Services: Perms, Box Braids

I came to this salon after searching for a good hairstylist and I finally found Jayde who is absolutely amazing! When she does your hair she does exactly what your asking for and takes her time. I would recommend Jayde a million times. ❤️

Kirsten did a fantastic job on my hair on Saturday! I have only had 2 people touch my hair since I was 17 and my most recent hair stylist stopped doing Saturdays. I haven’t been to get my hair done since January because of my nerves about going to someone new. I work long hours during the week and Saturday is my only day I have to get my hair done. I came in and Kirsten was very sweet and knowledgeable. She did a great job and would highly recommend her! Services: Hair highlighting, Haircut, Hair coloring

I asked for blonde and brown evenly distributed but she got confused because I kept saying my previous hair dresser kept making my hair blonder. So she made my hair way too dark for me but I contacted her later that day and she made it right the next morning. Just a misunderstanding and she corrected it free of charge. I really like this place and will definitely go back and recommend to everyone. The haircut was 100% awesome the first time in my life. I always tell them how to cut my hair and it never ends up like I want it so this time I kept my mouth shut and she said.. do you want to just clean it up or what... I said clean it up and she gave me the best haircut ever what I've always been asking for and no one will give me. it framed my face just perfect . Star really knows what she's doing and if she gets confused let her know she'll make it right. I always end up confusing people at work, everyday life , everywhere I go, so it's not her fault but she did do an amazing job. Service: Hair coloring

I’ve been there three times. The first time I had my hair cut & colored. I had come from another salon that did my hair lighter than I wanted. The stylist didn’t bother to run color from roots to end to even it out. When I got home, I realized that & that she missed some of my hair while cutting it that I fixed myself. Everyone has a bad day, so I attributed my result to that. She also let me walk out with A LOT of dye around my hairline. There’s no way she missed these things. The second time she dyed my roots, and I figured she would have run the dye through. She didn’t. Again, hair dye was all along my hairline that took a couple of days to get off. Now, the third time, I was ready to say something. She was quite cold to me, so I didn’t say anything when she colored my roots. There was no color left on my hairline this time, so I didn’t have to ask her to remove it. The color also didn’t take!!! When I got home I looked closely at my hair. I can still see my roots!! Not only that, she missed some hair while cutting, gave me a horrible cut, and left dye on my cheek. I can’t see well without my glasses and saw it when I got in my car. I know she saw this. Three strikes & you’re out. I have a lob with black hair. It’s not complicated. Now, the hunt continues for a reliable stylist with integrity and a clean salon.

Clean, professional, FRIENDLY and amazing prices what more could you ask for? This was my first time visiting this salon and I was so pleased with my overall experience. Jaimee colored, trimmed and styled my hair; I asked and she delivered! I went from blonde to a beautiful red wine. I am so so so happy with Head 2 Toe. Definitely give them a chance!!! I know i’ll be going back.
