Never open during business hours. This place is ridiculous..good products if they were ever open. I have come many times and it is never open. Today I can at 10:45, they open at 10 AM however were closed!! Ridiculous.

Went to this store looking for nutritional supplements, I was assisted by Joe. He was patient and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. Signed up for the Pro membership. Look forward to seeing positive results from the suggested items. Will definitely shop there again.

I have come this store many times, but the past 3 times they have not opened on time. They open at 10 AM and it's almost 11 AM and still no one is here to open the store. Whomever manages this store needs to be under review and replaced because you have lost business from myself and 6 others from your lack of professionalism and punctuality. Very disappointed with how the current manager is deciding to run this store. Highly suggest you avoid this location.

my elderly father gets huge cases of protein from this location. The manager is the most humble we’ve meet. She carries his cases of lean shakes to the trunk of his car for him every time. Makes my life a lot easier. Great customer service

Sincerely the most organic staff you will ever meet. I currently live in Chester, NY & i used to shop in the Chester location. Now, I do travel out of my way to go to the Middletown location because of the exceptional shopping experience. The manager alexis is extremely knowledgeable and is also a sight for sore eyes 😉.
