I prefer this location over the Howell location in aspect of what I’m looking for every week. But I give it a 3 star review because I don’t think the workers all around are very friendly. Yes, they standardly greet you, but then I’ve heard one impatient raise their voice at a customer that didn’t hear them the first time they said something, and then throwing my items into my cart. I know they want to be quick. And that’s fine. But *I* don’t like feeling rushed at checkout. The fact they push my cart away? Why? They push it away when I’m still paying. I get glass items and carbonated items and breads and they just throw/slam them into the cart. My mother can’t stand that either. I don’t understand why they have to be aggressive with the check out process. No one else is in a rush there. Just be friendly, smile, and slow down a tad, please. I almost dropped all of my money and purse today because my cashier was rushing me out of the line. I just wish they wouldn’t be this way. ~Erica

Heather is still on a power trip. Had to phone verify a signature on a $370 check... wastes my time everytime I'm in there. I don't care if your daughter sold 1600 boxes of cookies or your son broke his chrome book. My therapist charges $130/hr, I'll give you a referral if you need someone to talk to. Just give me my money and leave me alone though. I hate being held hostage by employees when I'm trying to conduct business. ~Gregory

We recently had the The Furniture Store in Brighton install new laminate flooring in our home. This included the foyer, hallway, lower powder room, kitchen and nook area. The product we selected was the Matrexx Enduring laminate...VERY pleased that we did. Even the installers mentioned that this was an excellent product to work with. Alex and Josh at the store were real helpful and made sure everything ran on schedule. Their installers are the best. They took their time to make sure each piece of laminate fit correctly. They even found 2 high spots in the existing hardwood floor, sanded them down and checked the floor before laying down new laminate to assure there would be no issues. Good work for sure, thanks. ALL YOU NEED! We recently have renovated our entire first floor, which included our kitchen. We shopped the big box stores only to basically be ignored by sales people. We then contacted a young lady named Hailee from Cabinets Express. Let me tell you how over and above this young lady helped us. She answered every question - even the silly ones- She called to make sure the cabinets were to our satisfaction, she even came to our home to inspect them and make sure that we were/are happy. And followed up every time when we were to receive additional materials. AND .. The delivery guys were awesome, they were very polite and showed concern in our mess of renovation not to bump into or damage anything. So, a few weeks later after we received our cabinets, I contacted Hailee to see if she could assist with countertops, as again, we were not having much luck. Within a few quick hours, I had a sample picture, prices, and an estimated install date. That's service over and above! I would and do, highly recommend Hailee and Cabinets Express. They have made my life and renovation so much easier! Trust them, they do what they promise. AND they included free hardware!! ~MARIA

I love coming here, and have been doing so for 3 years now. Every employee I've interacted with have always been super friendly and overall positive interactions. The man working today on the other hand is really bringing the place down. He's the epitome of antisocial, and goes out of his way to ignore being greeted by a smiling customer. I understand that some people/workers prefer to not socialize, but this man won't respond to any form of small talk, which just pushes a hostile vibe onto you. He's been the same everytime I've been in despite me going out of my way to be kind. I understand that it's possible he may not like his job or something, but he could at least pretend to project some joy or happiness out so it's not so off-putting to come in. ~Casey

The last time I went here to get gas I was totally surprised by the fact that the person behind the counter that was helping me out with paying for my gas said that yes I did have three cents off for gas and I used it and he said oh that's just a measly three cents off. I was shocked that that was said but ignored it. To me anything I could get off a gallon of gas actually helps. ~Jessica

My daughter and I went to get our Covid boosters and had a very good experience. Corrie was great about the whole procedure. The paperwork was very simple, the wait was short and she was phenomenal in her administration of the vaccine. Great job, Corrine! ~Mary

Beverage Cellar provided the liquor, wine and spirits for our grand opening event. They were patient, knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating as we made multiple changes to our final order. Chris helped me secure a few bottles of liquor and wine that are very hard to find anywhere and suggested local craft beers. The entire experience was easy and enjoyable and our guests appreciated the quality and selection. Thank you, Chris! ~Joseph

New wheels ruined. This place is why we can't have nice things. I brought difficult tires to mount, admittedly, but this Belle Tire mounted 0 out of 4 and it looks like the techs sharpened their tire irons for the job. Every wheel was damaged cosmetically plus deep gouges on the bead sealing surface. To be clear, I would be fine with a refusal of the work and paying a consult fee. But paying $80 to damage my previously pristine wheels with no service provided is unacceptable. An independent friend of mine mounted this set afterward in his garage with a couple attempts with different tire lubes. ~Andrew
