Colleen provided best customer service I've EVER received. EVER. She noticed my ice cream cone in a cup melted, made me a new one, and brought it out to the gas pump. My back had gone completely out and I was moving slowly. What a thoughtful kind lady. One would never even hope for that kind of customer service but I got it here.

Great experience! Talk about customer service. Went into this QT on McCart in Ft Worth to see if they had a small notebook. When I asked at the counter, Kayla P went to her backpack and pulled out a small pad of paper and gave it to me. Thank you Kayla, for going above and beyond for a customer.

I was literally almost in tears because this was the second gas station I had to come to just get a little gas. I paid for my gas inside this time and the lady was so nice and complimented my glasses, I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. Came out to pump and the pump wouldn't work, so I went back inside and her and another young lady, blonde ponytail, helped me so much and they didn't know this but they calmed me down just by the niceness they had, got it moved to a different pump and everything is fine. Great team!

Use to be a very clean and good place for frozen drinks and the QT kitchen . The frozen capuchins machine is usually broke and the Dr Pepper and other flavor Icy machines are never working like they use to. The kitchen rarely has pretzels but you only find that out after you checkout and then they tell you instead of it not allowing you to place the order in the first place. Sadly one of the employees I've dealt with several times ( Deanna W) is usually in a bad mood or very sarcastic and not very nice . I hate to call her out because we all have bad days but since I live very close to QT on McCart street I'm there 3 to 6 times a week and never seen her in a good mood .

So I never really do reviews but I had to do one for this facility! When I say this quick trip had the most CLEANEST RESTROOM EVER!! I’ve never seen a quick trip so clean ever in my life! I hate using public restrooms because they are usually filthy and never cleaned properly but this one way very clean! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! 💕💕 amazing.

Every time I come here the staff are awesome. They are always quick, helpful, friendly, and smiling. I go there 6 days a week for an ice cream cone afterI go to my daily clinic appointment and they always give me impressive cones. The restrooms are always clean. I've never had a bad experience here. This is my favorite QT. I've been known to drive across town to come to this location even if there are others closer to me. These guys are great!!
