We came down here because we were sent by another boost mobile down in north side who swear she couldn’t help us get our account numbers and unlock one of our phones and that we can try this store here by sylvania. We came in and asked and she said that she can easily help us and anyone could’ve done it. And sure enough she helped us it was a quick process with a phone call and we were in and out quick. The guy here mid 30's from maybe near Saudi Arabia. He is quick fast and respectful. I walked in told him I couldn't take longer than 10. He said "I only need 5", so I said okay (In my heading thinking "yea right"). He did it in 6 mintues. To activate a new account, as long as you answer his questions when given, you'll be in an out. Easy to set appointment. They are kind, professional, and interested in customer's need. Large selection of frames to choose from at really great prices. Optometrist was friendly and professional. The experience was pretty fast and everything was explained fully about cost of frames lenses, and options. I will definitely go back when I'm due for next eye exam. ~Leslie

I’ve been coming here for about a year and usually like the way they do my nails so I just come in and get out. So I let my nails grow to have them shaped nicely and I show the picture to the lady Emily and she says okay. Then proceeds to cut them and shape them lopsided. For my pedicure, Carolina was super nice and had to fix my toe nails with an extension because it was cut down too much and extremely lopsided. The manager did not look or talk to me. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Carolina told me to come the next day. I go the next day to get them reshaped and of course I don’t want the fixing to be done by the same person, so I ask for someone else. I tell the guy they set me up with I just want it to be reshaped. He has a nail filer and files a little and laughed when I said that’s all I wanted. He tells me there’s nothing he can do to fix them and tells me he can’t do anything else for me. He sees nothing wrong with the nails. He gives me attitude then turns around and walks away. Also, you’re ignored once getting there if you’re not of a certain color. It’s been one of the worst experiences and talents like Carolina and Cindy are being wasted here. I know I need a new phone . These 3 people are awesome Karina, Blanco, especially Abrar he took time to try and fix my phone. He knew I didn't really want to have to purchase a new one he worked on my phone for over 30 minutes trying to help me..in the end he gave my phone 6 months more life so I could afford a new one.i appreciate this kind of service my phone is over 4 years old..thanks to all three good attitude good energy.. ~Rhonda

Don’t buy from them shipped my shoes TEN DAYS after I paid for them when I was told they’d be sent out the day of, customer service is terrible constantly had to ask for my tracking number and updates on the order and they continuously left me on open with no response and didn’t send the tracking until almost TWO WEEKS later. Told me the condition of these shoes was 8/10 then sent this. Here’s a photo of what they had on their Instagram vs what they sent me. Save y’alls money! ~Jessica
