I know I need a new phone . These 3 people are awesome Karina, Blanco, especially Abrar he took time to try and fix my phone. He knew I didn't really want to have to purchase a new one he worked on my phone for over 30 minutes trying to help me..in the end he gave my phone 6 months more life so I could afford a new one.i appreciate this kind of service my phone is over 4 years old..thanks to all three good attitude good energy..

Go to another store! Apparently these employees do not make very much money that they have to charge the customer cash money that's not rung up on the cash register. Charging people cash to transfer contacts from one phone to the next. Who ever owns this store will be stolen out of business with how these people operate

I transferred my line of service to Metro. The employees were knowledgeable and very professional. They took care of my needs and had me out the door within 30 minutes. Great customer service.

Literally had to switch from Metro to Cricket because the service sucks and every metro I have gone to in my area has horrible customer service! This store literally had a sign on the door that said "Closed due to lack of employees and managers" at 4pm. I was going in to purchase a phone but "lack of employees and managers" got to me and helped me make the decision to switch to cricket.

The worst customer service!! They over charge me over what was suppose to be! and saddest thing i had to find out by going to a different location! i do not recommend no one going there it would someone else to be lied to and ripped off!! they are so disrespectful and trashy as a sales person !

AWESOME CURRENT STAFF My phones were stolen from Walmart behind this location. They cancelled my business phone number using my open face book account called my mom's and did this in 15 minutes and sold my phone to box center in Walmart where you sell broke phones. LET ME SAY THIS THEY HELPED ME AND HELPED ME FAST. We called M.p.s. together and they resolved it even though I was quite irrational . Yes a M.P.. C . S. You should consider
