12 Best cell phone store in Fort Worth, Texas (TX) 2024

Recently went in a couple weeks ago to get a new iPhone 13 and was helped wonderfully by the whole crew! Lauren, Juliana, and Clarissa walked me through what the best options were and how to get the most out of my money. Matt assisted my husband and I with purchasing new phones for our children. He was very personable as well as extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable in our decisions. He also helped clear up a few tech questions we had about our current phones. Very pleased with Matt! ~Brittany

I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST SALES EXPERIENCE WITH se Selvin, Kameron and Brandon. They gave me awesome service and used every sales technique to encourage me to buy accessories (which I needed for the best phone use) and they made me feel good about my purchase. It is in great part because of them I did not switch my service to Verizon. They don’t know it but I came in to ask about terminating. Thanks T-Mobile. I don’t wanna break up any more . They should get a bonus or raise!! ~Monique

Recently went to purchase a new smartphone at Target Mobile and was "helped" by Dylan and Rodrigo. Both seemed very unenthusiastic when helping customers. Also, not sure if this is a true store policy or not, but I was forced into purchasing phone insurance from SquareTrade by Dylan. I repeatedly said I do not want insurance, but he said if I want to purchase the phone, I HAD to buy the year long subscription. I find this very unfair. Upon calling SquareTrade after I was FORCED to purchase it at Target Mobile, they said that no customer should be forced to buy it. I'm sure Dylan gets some sort of compensation for each subscriber he gets to "sign up". Also, after I purchased the new iPhone, Dylan opened the box and peeled off the screen protector that comes on every new phone. I don't understand why he did this, as that is something most customers enjoy doing (I know this is tiny, but it was still aggravating). In conclusion, both Dylan and Rodrigo (workers at Target Mobile in Fort Worth) are inept at their job and should find something else to do outside of customer service. ~Andrew

My daughter and I needed new phones. Ashton, the Asst. Store Manager and Associate Erik helped us two nights in a row. The first night, I purchased a phone that I realized I didn't like. I had to return it the following night. They were patient, kind, and beyond helpful! We couldn't get there until later in the evening and they stayed after hours to ensure that we received what we needed and wanted. They both have excellent customer service skills and made us feel welcome and assured. They make a great team and they represented the company very well! We are both new to AT&T phone service and my daughter is still smiling about her brand new IPhone! :) ~Kelly

They are dishonest. Sold me a watch with a promo offer. The offer was not real. When I went to the store and asked them to explain themselves they said they would find a way to make it right and call me later the same day. Of course no call happened. ~Rachel

The staff here is amazing. Martha was so knowledgeable and was so patient and kind. She answered every single one of my questions and saved me and my friend a ton of money getting us switched over to a better plan ~Andrew

Betty helped me transition into a new phone with minimum stress in a very short period of time. I have always received stellar service from Verizon, especially this location. We are loyal Verizon customers largely due to the superb customer support. ~Linda

We came down here because we were sent by another boost mobile down in north side who swear she couldn’t help us get our account numbers and unlock one of our phones and that we can try this store here by sylvania. We came in and asked and she said that she can easily help us and anyone could’ve done it. And sure enough she helped us it was a quick process with a phone call and we were in and out quick. Will for sure be coming back to this store. amazing. ~Jisel
