Waste of time coming here. This place is more like a 3rd party than an actual TMOBLE store. You come here to do something and the clerks call Im assuming the general customer service line to do anything for you. I say this because they have the customer service number written out on the computers and the desk. Computers are not even running. Brought in a unlocked phone purchased direct from Samsungs site. Come here for a sim card to activate and replace a line and to insure the new device, takes over an hour. If you can do it yourself online on on the phone yourself then do it.

Recently went in a couple weeks ago to get a new iPhone 13 and was helped wonderfully by the whole crew! Lauren, Juliana, and Clarissa walked me through what the best options were and how to get the most out of my money. I was trying to purchase a new phone. There were two people working the night we came in. The new person was very nice, but unable to assist us. The other guy was rude, dismissive and critical of Sprint. I had a very unpleasant experience, when all we wanted was to buy a new phone.

Currently there is a poor staff, I went to purchase a iPhone 13 pro, however none of the employees(at the time), nobody seemed interested in helping. One guy was on his phone doing snap chat, the other kept helping every other customer that came in after I arrived, except me. This was a excellent location beforehand, but I will not be attending this store anymore. I am deciding to wait and go to downtown Ft. worth to purchase a new phone.

Yesterday, my wife went to this location to try and take care of a fraudulent phone account , which was purchased with her identity. She had tried for 2 days to get T-Mobile to assist over the phone, with no resolution. My wife insisted, upon arrival, to speak with the manager. Julianna came out and assisted my wife immediately, showing concern and understanding about this issue. There were actually 2 phones purchased under my wife’s name, not one as she thought. In less than 1 hour, a Fraud Case had been initiated, both fraudulent phones had been de-activated, and there was assurance given that she would not be responsible for any charges. Julianna, and her staff who were observing the entire exchange, were awesome! Great customer service is hard to come by, but Julianna topped the charts!

I took a friend to switch to T Mobil. They gave him a new phone 5G and saved him some money. They were polite, helpful and quick. They did try and sell him a 30.00 dollar phone protector but that's to be expected.

we transferred from at&t to t-mobile on sunday and Khalil was very helpful and very patient, he is such a sweetheart and works very hard! on top of that was very welcoming
