My daughter and I needed new phones. Ashton, the Asst. Store Manager and Associate Erik helped us two nights in a row. The first night, I purchased a phone that I realized I didn't like. I had to return it the following night. They were patient, kind, and beyond helpful! We couldn't get there until later in the evening and they stayed after hours to ensure that we received what we needed and wanted. They both have excellent customer service skills and made us feel welcome and assured. They make a great team and they represented the company very well! We are both new to AT&T phone service and my daughter is still smiling about her brand new IPhone! :)

The 5g socks most of the them I'm getting 4 g and 3 g speeds with a samsung flip 4 you will be calling att customer service and spend hours on the phone to get them to do there job they will lie and say no problem sir we will fix the issue and 2 months down the road still having issues and you will pay more money with att and get less .

Matt was very professional and super helpful!!! He answered all my many questions and he kept a smile on his face, I’ve NEVER gotten service and left with ALL my questions answered. I’ll be back and please believe me, I’ll be asking for “Matt”!!!

The manager Fonzy was wonderful I have been helped by him in the past He is always helpful and courteous glad to see a manager like him at this location. Customer service was great Will definitely be back to Hulen for future business he helped me with a big issue on my account went above and beyond to help me all while also multi tasking to help his other employees with their customers. And dealing with a difficult customer. Will recommend friends and family to hulen as well.

My phone died and that was one of many things that went wrong that day. Ryan was so patient and helpful assisting me with purchasing a new phone and a cheaper phone plan. I really appreciate HIM. Thanks, Ryan ❤️

I paid to upgrade my phone from the the 11 pro max to the 12 pro max because I did an insurance claim on my phone because it had been malfunctioning a lot and it needed to be replaced, so it got replaced and It was malfunctioning as well, (and I was charged a 250 deductible on my bill!!! Why should I have to pay that when the phone sent for replacement was malfunctioning???!!!), so I went to AT&T to upgrade. Got there and paid the 109.95 to upgrade and I paid 250 to pay off the xr on my account so my husband could upgrade as well. After we paid they told us we couldn't get our phones because something was wrong so we needed to go to a corporate store to get our phones. We leave and go to a corporate store and got help there but to no avail. Went back to the other store to get a refund and was told I had to come back tomorrow to get my money. Unfortunately I had to go to work at 1 (we had been dealing with this situation since like 1030am and it was after 2pm now and I'm super late for work..... thankfully I called and told my job I would be late. So I had to go home to get ready for work and come back to get my husband who was still at at&t trying to resolve the problem so he could drop me at work and come back to AT&T to finish getting a refund. He came back to the store and left to pick up the kids at 345, take them home and came back to AT&T to finish. He didn't get home until 545 and he was able to get his iPhone but I was not!!!! This was a terrible experience and I've been with at&t for years and the loyalty department obviously doesn't understand the meaning of the word. T-mobile here we come!!!!

Karen and Steffanie the manager y unsatisfactory customer service to a Venezuelan woman whom they believed was black. Karen login account and ran back. The level of discomfort as a patron was felt through out the store. I’m tired of minorities being discriminated against someone has to speak up.

DJ was excellent and so very patient with me. He took care of all my service needs and I left the Hulen store feeling so must better. I will always come here and see DJ for all my At&t needs. Thank you again DJ

I tried changing my service online and by phone. I was on the phone for 2 hours with no results. I went into the Hulen store and was very pleasantly surprised. Oscar, the salesman, was so professional and kind. He was able to take care of all my questions and I was able to change the service. I am very happy with the help I received. I will always go to the physical location from now on.
