I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST SALES EXPERIENCE WITH se Selvin, Kameron and Brandon. They gave me awesome service and used every sales technique to encourage me to buy accessories (which I needed for the best phone use) and they made me feel good about my purchase. It is in great part because of them I did not switch my service to Verizon. They don’t know it but I came in to ask about terminating. Thanks T-Mobile. I don’t wanna break up any more . They should get a bonus or raise!!

The staff at Hullen mall is the very best employee’s that has ever been employed by T Mobile there names are Selvin, Elizabeth, and Branden all three of these young employees were very patient with my self and my husband, we so appreciate their professionalism in helping us out with our new phones if I could give these employees 10 stars I would. They are the very best of the best.

Ryan (store manager) did an outstanding job locating the phone I needed after visiting another location that did not help me. He went out of his way to get my phone to his location for me. Great store! Made things easier for me running errands with my 7 yr old daughter. Thanks Ryan!

So I recently switched to T-Mobile got told my bill in total was going to be $150 ish. But then they started charging me $225. So I asked them to fix they wouldn't this took several phone calls and round trips to T-Mobile store. Finally fixed my payment from there mistakes. And now a refund is a big pain. So they won't admit they messed up my billing and account. Out of my packet $150 and not including gas money. Now I need more than a refund.

Great customer service, the customers there use to work for sprint before so they can help very quick, Maynor is the best always helps me when I need help with my device n helped me switch and pay a ccj paper deal then Verizon I'm so happy GIVE THAT MAN A RAISEE!!! if u get the right sales person (usually do) they are really good!! this is the only sprint i go to around close (i live in w'ford) if i need tech help etc, others must hire just ppl off the street...ugghhh only gripe i have the guys behind glass (still haven't figured out their purpose) could help front w/questions and geez SMILE ..
