Leon is the man! I spoke with 3 different at&t reps over the phone and not 1 could solve my problem. Walked into the at&t store and Leon fixed me up in a New York minute 🙌🏿. Wish I would have went here first, could have saved myself alot of grief.

Best cellphone store experience I have had. AT&T emplyee Matthew opened the door for my wife and proceeded to efficiently and pleasantly answer all the questions she had and resolved all her problems right then, no waiting! Matthew was kind, knowledgeable (he k ew all the answers to our issues and he was extremely professional. Great job Matt!

I’m not even an AT&T customer, I have Tmobile, but this location helped me when the main customer service representatives couldn’t or wouldn’t. My step son attempted to sign up for new service and port his phone number over, but the AT&T location he went to screwed up and never got his account set up properly. I couldn’t cancel the phone line on my account because AT&T had a hold on the number, and after 4 hours on the phone getting the run around with AT&T customer service, I decided to go in person to a store. Even though I’m not their customer, the guys at this location spent an hour helping me get this resolved. Tmobile could do nothing because of the hold, and AT&T customer care didn’t help at all. Thank you guys again, and if they took such care and spent such effort on a non customer, I’m sure their actual customers at this location couldn’t be happier.
