staff were extremely rude, inattentive, un knowledgeable on att stuff. They call me stupid when i asked about my att next up upgrade. They didnt let me open my new phone. they dropped it, scratched it (iphone 13promax). Refused to plug both phones in for the data transfer and refused to connect them to the in store wifi. That made the transfer take well over an hour. There is more they did srong like telling me to leave because i was stupid. I came to the store with my wife and newborn son. This experience has dramatically reduced my view and trust of att.

I went into the store In BENBROOK tx was in and out with a new plan in around 10 minutes on my lunch break and still had time to eat my lunch … great service

Went in to the store for help with Unlocking a phone. It was the MANAGER that "helped" me and was NO help. He just kept telling me to go to a website and then gave me a number to call. If you need help with something technical, just call the 800 number.

I was trying to finish my Christmas shopping at this location. I was talking to a representative and someone who appeared to be a manger came up and interrupted our conversation. This manger was very pushy and honestly made me feel pressured. Not to mention the employee felt uneasy and told me how uncomfortable they get when that manager visits the store because of how picky he is. I believe his name was Collin or something like that. I know he wasn’t the store manager. I have been to the store before and have seen the manager before. This manager was someone else.

Very disappointing experience overall. Purchased a $1200 dollar phone but felt like I was inconveniencing the associate the entire time. Was not able to answer my questions and was not able to transfer any info to my new phone. Will not be back to this location and highly discourage going here unless you are out of options.

I wish I could Give a 10 Star Ross & his manager (Cory) have not only once came to my aid to help me understand the new product I purchased (iPhone 12)but they have answered all my ridiculous questions those guys should not only Be praised but definitely Will be returning and Switching over my family to AT&T way… watch out Benbrook I think you might have just stole my business from Verizon who’ve I and my associates have been with for more than 30 years I am truly pleased with my experience

Everyone was exceptional! The Sales reps were all very polite. I would definitely recommend going to this store for any of your needs. Everyone was knowledgeable and polite. They put a movie on the tv to keep my kids busy while they worked with me and set up my new account and phones.

Luis Avina was so patient with me and made sure all my questions were answered today! I had previously came in and another young guy helped me but he was rushing to leave and told me to go to best buy geek squad! So I returned when my new phone would not receive calls and Luis helped me with my sim card and transfer everything from my other phone and I'm so thankful!

I Must honestly say, stopped in to this location expecting my experience to be terrible after dealing with the corporate store down the road & customer service, but I must say that Young lady Pauline was extremely helpful she got me on a new rate plan plus helped me sign up for New Att tv product truly a Professional class act she was and I hope she get a all the praise and sticks around!!! I will definitely be shopping there more and refering more associates that way, Please Keep doing great things!!!
