Best cell phone accessory store in Fort Worth, Texas (TX) 2024

Matt assisted my husband and I with purchasing new phones for our children. He was very personable as well as extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable in our decisions. He also helped clear up a few tech questions we had about our current phones. Very pleased with Matt! ~Brittany

Recently went to purchase a new smartphone at Target Mobile and was "helped" by Dylan and Rodrigo. Both seemed very unenthusiastic when helping customers. Also, not sure if this is a true store policy or not, but I was forced into purchasing phone insurance from SquareTrade by Dylan. I repeatedly said I do not want insurance, but he said if I want to purchase the phone, I HAD to buy the year long subscription. I find this very unfair. Upon calling SquareTrade after I was FORCED to purchase it at Target Mobile, they said that no customer should be forced to buy it. I'm sure Dylan gets some sort of compensation for each subscriber he gets to "sign up". Also, after I purchased the new iPhone, Dylan opened the box and peeled off the screen protector that comes on every new phone. I don't understand why he did this, as that is something most customers enjoy doing (I know this is tiny, but it was still aggravating). In conclusion, both Dylan and Rodrigo (workers at Target Mobile in Fort Worth) are inept at their job and should find something else to do outside of customer service. ~Andrew

My daughter and I needed new phones. Ashton, the Asst. Store Manager and Associate Erik helped us two nights in a row. The first night, I purchased a phone that I realized I didn't like. I had to return it the following night. They were patient, kind, and beyond helpful! We couldn't get there until later in the evening and they stayed after hours to ensure that we received what we needed and wanted. They both have excellent customer service skills and made us feel welcome and assured. They make a great team and they represented the company very well! We are both new to AT&T phone service and my daughter is still smiling about her brand new IPhone! :) ~Kelly
