Heavy set guy last night didn't want to help me out. He said system is down while blasting music in store. Didn't even let me look around it was around 7pm looks like he was ready to go home. Dissapointed since I had to drive to another location where they're system wasn't down.i ended activating 5 lines and a home internet. Don't go to this location.

They are dishonest. Sold me a watch with a promo offer. The offer was not real. When I went to the store and asked them to explain themselves they said they would find a way to make it right and call me later the same day. Of course no call happened.

I love this store! I have never had a bad experience. Gabriel was so helpful and answered all our questions , he was a big help! Must say he knew his stuff. There was another manager there that greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. The only negative thing I can say is this store need blinds!!! Very hard to talk to the manager without the sun being in our eyes, not to mention the heat that it brings in.

Don't stop can't demo a phone here to test the 5g service. They want you to try a different companies faster wifi. But they advertise it on the door

Duha was helpful and knowledgeable. She greeted us although she was with another customer and attended us right away. She made the process of upgrading phones easy and quick. Cant wait to pick up my samsung note 20 Friday. Hopefully she will be there to greet us again.

It's the 3d time I've visited this store; my first experience was really bad with that Chris manager who claimed to be "the owner" of the store and was very rude; But!, Everything changed in a 100% due to this sweet, kind, beautiful girl named DUHA! My rate has gone from CERO STARS to 7 STARS!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆! She is so kind, lovely and She treats everybody with respect and equality, even those who are not customers! She is an example to everybody of what a great customer service representative is! She should be more than a regular employee, she should be the manager! She is an excellent image for this Tmobile business! ❤

This store is horrible from customer service to advising you about your replacement phone being in the store 3 days later. Managers employees mite of been the owner all rude will sit in front of the computer screen a good while before being acknowledged. I always go out of my way to avoid this location. love tmobile but this place is holding a bad image to the service. Never fails to make a easy visit a nightmare.
