I can not say enough good things about Martha at the 7th St. store. She spent copious amounts of time on 3 different days helping my wife and I transition into new phones, and from Sprint. Her dedication and expertise were invaluable and appreciated.

After a frustrating day of two other worthless stores one on 28th Street and the other one in River Oaks, where they where incapable of helping me get a phone and the second location just straight up not knowing how to do it. In a last dich effort I went in to the store where I encountered Martha who went out of her way to get me a new phone in a reasonable amount of time, the customer service at this location is absolutely the best.

The staff here is amazing. Martha was so knowledgeable and was so patient and kind. She answered every single one of my questions and saved me and my friend a ton of money getting us switched over to a better plan

T mobile gave me a "2 week trial " 5g wifi hotspot that costs $70. I come in a week later to return it and they want to charge a $90 restocking fee when I actually never opened the box to ever even use it. The store associate I talked to was the associate manager Christopher. He would not stop interrupting over and over so I proceeded to raise my voice and he called the cops on me. The cops came and saw the manager was in the wrong and instead of a trespassing ticket he lowered it to a "never enter this store again t" ticket.

Came in wanting to add a line onto my plan but whoever “helped us” was very confused on what phones and protection could be added and kept contradicting himself. His attitude was like he could not care less if he made a sale and it seemed like he did not want to be there. The vibe was so awkward that we ended up leaving and going to a different tmobile store right down the block where someone actually worked with us and got the line added right on. Haven’t been back here since

Staff is rude to you over the when requiring about service they want do too much just to get phone run credit history who want to chance a soft or hard inquiry on they credit report they want to much personal information and want you to do auto pay just get new services when you can pay your own bill shouldn't have to be force to do auto pay just to receive discounts on plans if don't choose auto pay your bill or plan is higher now if they change this stop trying run hard credit inquiry on you it be OK if you income ability to pay the bill each month you got ID address that should be all you need

Maybe she was having a bad day prior to my mother, son and I arriving. However, it is not appropriate to keep repeating "I don't know. I just type in the information into my tablet and that's it. So let me know when you're ready to checkout" when we are still confused about the first part of the purchasing process, the grand total that would ultimately be leaving our bank accounts and going into yours via a paycheck. We just became new customers with four phone lines and two internet modems a couple of days prior. That representative was very patient with us. She became a frustrated, entitled and, apparently, unknowledgeable T-mobile store representative. She can learn a thing or two from Christopher, the main representative we wanted to speak with anyway and will be doing so from here forward.

Kodi helped us buy a new phone during an emergency situation. He was very kind, patient and helpful. His customer service and knowledge were excellent as he advised us on which phone to buy and helped us transfer our content to the new phone. Thank you Kodi!

No wait on a Saturday morning, very happy! I had a new Galaxy and wanted to port everything over from my very damaged old Galaxy. Martha is the best!! She knows her tech, and is very nice and kind. Manager Adolpho was also present, very personable and friendly. A previous visit encounter with Oscar was just as pleasant and he is very knowledgeable as well. A great experience!
