Terrible customer service upon entering the store. The associate who is suppose to expedite and greet, and check in customers with their requests just stood there playing on her phone. I noticed this after 10 mins of being in the store without any acknowledgement and turn my attention towards her and had to ask if she helping someone in which she wasnt.. The other sales reps were with customers. I walked out and went to another location.

The people there were take helpful. Our mifi doesn't work great, but that is not the associate here's fault. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick. We were in and out in about 10 minutes, and that includes time to get into our account, active the mifi, and checkout.

Had some major issues with my service and upgrades. While the store couldn't do anything for me they liaised for support for hours while I got it fixed with the IT support line.

This Verizon was so helpful to my husband who has no idea about smart phones and now owns one. The lady whose name I wish I knew was super kind and told him come back anytime and she would help him.

Do not go there. They sold me a 250 gb phone and gave me a 120 gb phone. The salesmen lied to me and said that iphone 13's have a different charger than the iphone I was trading in, the iPhone 10. This was not true, he just wanted to make the sale. Customer service fixed his mistakes but will definitely let people know to go elsewhere.

Well they started out selling me everything that I thought I wanted. However none of it was quite right. The iPhone 12 max pro case didn't work with the mag safe technology. Which inevitably lend to the break of the phone it's self. $250 detectable to get a new one by the way. The power bank wasn't wireless charging nor was the vent mounting device they sold me.

I called Verizon 2 months ago to change my bill from the 12th to the 20th. Instead of extending me the 8 days they crunched my bills together to get more out of me haha. This wasn't as big of a problem as when a month later my bill was back to being on the 12th, and I can't get a hold of anyone in less than 20 mins. So I got a schedule an apt for them to call me to change back my billing to the 20th in which they'll crunch the bill cycle again instead of just extending me the 8 days out. And if I DONT then I continue to get hit with late fee charges BECAUSE I NEED THE BILLING TO BE ON THE 20TH. Thanks Verizon, you make it so easy to want to kill myself! 🙂
