They are dishonest. Sold me a watch with a promo offer. The offer was not real. When I went to the store and asked them to explain themselves they said they would find a way to make it right and call me later the same day. Of course no call happened. ~Rachel

I’ve been with All Storage for 9 years. Now that it’s changed to Public Storage it’s the worst. They changed the hours from 11PM to close at 9:00 PM. If you’re not out by 9, you’ll get a nasty text message at 7:30 the next morning. This doesn’t work for me to get my boat back before 9 pm. So I moved to a better storage place in Haslet. We notified Public Storage about the move but they have not cancelled the auto pay and are continuing to bill me. It’s nothing but a run around now with the automated system. The staff treat us like we’re nothing but a nuisance to have to deal with. I’ve taken my business elsewhere after 9 years at the same location. Buyer beware. There are better places with staff that will treat you like they appreciate your business. ~Mark

Service at this subway was fast (not friendly) and boring. The cashier didn’t really interact with me much , I had to ask her do I get chips and where do I get my beverage. I wanted this strawberry lemonade but the machines were so nasty with black mold like specs and slim like filth coming out of the spout. 🤢🤮 ~Cecilia

I must say this is a awesome subway to eat at I used to be a manager at subway in garland off of Jupiter and I didn't just experience a great salad but had Tim & Eddie who had exceptional customer service and great personality and most of all service with a smile that's not something you really see anymore and I really enjoyed it. I'm not sure who their boss is but these 2 are great really. Give them boys a raise and keep them cause great skills like these 2 have is hard to find I really enjoyed my salad thank Tim, Thank you Eddie for making my day yall are great. First time trying Firehouse Subs, stop by today for lunch because I had a birthday reward. Way better than Subway! All the ingredients were Super Fresh, I went in app and customized my sandwich order and was 15 minutes late picking up my sandwich and it was still absolutely delicious. Everything was tasty. Started with fried pickles...the batter was crunchy and tasty, not too salty and the ranch was delicious. The blackened chicken breast was juicy and not too salty, it was perfectly cooked. The 1/2 rack of ribs was huge. If you are looking for good Cajun food, this is a must try.
