If you want good customer service this is the place to go! Had a minor issue that needed to be worked out and Rochelle took care of it in a timely and professional manner. I’ve been with All Storage for 9 years. Now that it’s changed to Public Storage it’s the worst. They changed the hours from 11PM to close at 9:00 PM. If you’re not out by 9, you’ll get a nasty text message at 7:30 the next morning. This doesn’t work for me to get my boat back before 9 pm. So I moved to a better storage place in Haslet. We notified Public Storage about the move but they have not cancelled the auto pay and are continuing to bill me. It’s nothing but a run around now with the automated system. The staff treat us like we’re nothing but a nuisance to have to deal with. I’ve taken my business elsewhere after 9 years at the same location. Buyer beware. There are better places with staff that will treat you like they appreciate your business. ~Mark
