Customer Service: I just signed up for a covered parking space. Ashlyn was so helpful and great to work with. She explained the access hours and all other conditions very well, which seem reasonable to ensure all space users have a safe place to store their items. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS I moved in August 24th. The unit I was told would fit my belongings didn't come close. They only do the $1 move in special on your first unit. So I believe I paid around $160 on August 24th. That was my $1 move in for a month and 2nd 10x10 cost. I started getting messages about late payment at the beginning of September... it had been 1 week. I got a call and explained I just moved in, the lady on the phone said I see that, there must be an error. Fast forward two weeks they're hitting me with late charges non stop. I ask for a manager to review the calls and contact me. Crickets. Finally get a manager on the phone, she tells me I have to be there in person to correct the issue. I'm handicapped and had both my feet broken, ankles broken, hip and back broken. I tell her I'm flying in, in 2 days and will pay her a visit. That's today. It's pouring rain and my flight was delayed. But I just landed. She called to tell me she cut my locks. I would cut one of my hands off before I ever dealt with these thieves. I just said "there was obviously miscommunication, and I'd just like the late fees removed" crickets. I was told i did my reservations online... both were on the phone. I'm a disabled veteran and I've never seen any treatment like this. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I rented my 5x10 space to store items for my business. Ashlyn was so nice and found me a bigger space 10x10 for less money a month. I was so happy it was exactly what I wanted. It was in a climate controlled building on the second floor. Ashlyn listened to my needs as customer. This doesn't happen often in today's world. I'm a very happy customer thanks to a great employee Ashlyn and super impressed with Public Storage..

I paid 185 a month for a 15X25 climate controlled until I could fit my old truck and all of our stuff in for years. Downsized when it changed to Public and my bill has increased to 160 for 10x10. Absolute joke. Overpriced. Nonstop increases in the bill. Moving my stuff out as soon as I’m home. Crooks.

Things have taken quite a turn for the worse since All Storage was acquired by Public Storage. Nothing against the lone person that's on the staff at the Keller-Haslet location, and I'm not sure if she's still there anymore. All calls for service or billing questions go through automated attendants and then dump you to voicemail. After receiving strange additional charges on my credit card with no explanation as to what they were for, I've spent days trying to reach someone to help me understand what I was billed for in addition to the unit monthly payments (I rent several units at this location). Nobody has returned my calls, and nobody is available at the office during business. Update: Office remodel is complete, and the office was staffed when I visited this Saturday. The new manager under glass was helpful and courteous. I inquired about the process of closing out all of my storage units after all three went up 30%.

I’ve been with All Storage for 9 years. Now that it’s changed to Public Storage it’s the worst. They changed the hours from 11PM to close at 9:00 PM. If you’re not out by 9, you’ll get a nasty text message at 7:30 the next morning. This doesn’t work for me to get my boat back before 9 pm. So I moved to a better storage place in Haslet. We notified Public Storage about the move but they have not cancelled the auto pay and are continuing to bill me. It’s nothing but a run around now with the automated system. The staff treat us like we’re nothing but a nuisance to have to deal with. I’ve taken my business elsewhere after 9 years at the same location. Buyer beware. There are better places with staff that will treat you like they appreciate your business.
