I set everything up online in just minutes - it was very easy and user-friendly. Upon checking in at the office I was greeted by the most helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure my access issues were resolved quickly. The unit was clean and I felt very welcomed. :)

I initially reserved storage believing it was indoor. Once my unit was ready I went to facility to find it outdoor. I called asking politely for refund. Manager informed that they would process. Hours later I received a refund. The exact refund was processed again at 2am and has yet to be returned. Whenever I call in i'm informed that I will get a call back to resolve. Consumer BEWARE!!!

I had a good experience with Beth, the Manager last Saturday. She came by the unit that I was moving into and I told her I needed more room. She showed me a unit nearby and immediately went back to her office to see if it was available. Yes it was! Beth was good about taking care of the needs of a long time occupant!😊

I visited Cube Smart earlier during the week to make my payment. I have been a customer for 5 years and felt my cube rate had become too high. I spoke to Ali about my desire to leave in order to get a better rate. Immediately Ali found me an affordable cube that was inside!
