From the start Caliber Collision was upfront and professional. They sent my car to the Montclair Caliber location so that the work would be done sooner that at the San Bernardino center. Edgar at the Montclair location was AMAZING! He not only kept me updated but went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and done well. When delays occurred due to parts received that did not work or were taking longer to get in due to Covid backlash, Edgar or Marco called right away to let me know. This company goes beyond professional ! Everyone I interacted with either in person or over the phone made me feel cared for and important - not just a number. I recommend this Caliber location to anyone that needs repairs after an accident! I was treated very well here and my vehicle repairs exceeded expectations! I was given a promised completion date and it was completed within that timeline. KENNY was the person in charge of my repair, he was extremely personable and always kept me informed of the process of my vehicle. The vehicle was cleaned inside and outside when I arrived to pick it up. In my humble opinion, it’s rare these days to come upon great customer service but this Caliber Collision location was a pleasant experience all around and I recommend them for any of your vehicle repairs! I had the most pleasant experience with Caliber and Edgar who was the person assisting me every step of the way. I got into an accident and needed my car to be fixed and Caliber did an outstanding job with their repairs and customer service. My car looks like nothing had ever happened to it, and Edgar was super kind and accommodating every single time I spoke with him. I know I was hard to get ahold of because I work a lot and it was difficult to answer my phone but the times I did answer, Edgar was patient and understanding. I appreciated his consistency. I never felt like I had to hunt him down for answers to my questions. If anything Edgar and Caliber had to look for me to return my car to me lol. All in all I would highly recommend this place. Caliber Collision is great! The times I've had unexpected issues with my car they were able to take me in within a reasonable time and repair my car. They do a great job explaining what is wrong with your car and what you need to get done, as well as what they recommend you get done. Kenny communicates the details of the repair process well and helps you throughout the whole process with whatever questions you may have. I chose to use caliber collision because it was recommended by my insurance company. I’m happy I made that decision. I experienced other issues after my vehicle was returned. I called in to have them checked out and Marcos Macias (general manager) took care of them personally from the drop off to the pick up, stayed in touch with me, and kept me informed. They were amazing. Edgar called me every Tuesday and Thursday just like he promised to give me updates on the car. They got me my car back 20 days before they thought they were able to. I recently had my vehicle repaired at the location in Montclair, CA. Upon returning my car, I noticed dashboard indicators were on, and my steering was also affected. I completed the survey and worked with Edgar at the location mentioned earlier. He was no help; upon asking for his supervisor, I began to work with Kenny due to management being unavailable. He was a great help; he scheduled me to come into my local repair shop in 29 Palms, CA, where I met with Kyle. Kyle took my vehicle to diagnose it to ensure I was taken care of. I left disappointed due to my indicator still being on and steering highly affected. He was willing to accept the risk associated with me continuing to drive it. I communicated that I felt unsafe because I had to go across the country. He recommended I follow up with the local Caliber Collision upon reaching my destination in Quantico, VA. I have since had significant issues and almost lost control of my vehicle while driving across the country. I need assistance ensuring my car is repaired correctly. It sucks knowing at the most negligible levels representatives are not carrying your brand in the manner in which you advertise. Willing to disregard the risk and accept liability, not ensuring I left in a vehicle safe to drive. Update 9 January 2022: I was contacted by Jason, a regional manager, who provided assistance with getting me prepared to have my vehicle repaired at the Caliber Collision in Dumfries, VA. I have made contact with Catherine at Caliber Collision in Dumfries. I dropped my vehicle off on 9 January 2022 to be ready for them to resolve my issues this upcoming week. This has been a hassle and a huge stressor going into a educational course with a very rigorous curriculum. I hope this issue is resolved without any further stress.
