Now I remember why I never fill prescriptions here! I had an appointment at 5pm for a booster vaccine. Arrived on time and there was only 1 customer behind me doing an RX pick up. I checked in online and at the pharmacy. Jennifer Lew (which seems to get a lot of complaints) rudely told me that she didn't know when she was going to be able to give me the vaccine because it was just her, that I could wait if I wanted to or reschedule. She said it would take her up to an hour just to get to me. There was 1 person behind me and no one ahead of me. I overheard her tell someone that she is not filling Rx, she is only doing pick ups. So why would it take 1 hour to administer a vaccine??! In the end I waited 53 minutes to get out the door.

I have new. On the phone for 30 minutes. I’ve called twice and I get put on Hold! All I want is to know the status of my medication. My own doctors office said they called and they hung up in her and were rude. I will definitely take this to CVS corporate because I will not change My pharmacy! It’s already 16:45 minutes for the third time I e called and no answer. I don’t want to hear excuses! There’s no excuse for this long wait!

I probably should’ve read the reviews before trying this pharmacy out. I had a Rx sent over by my son’s doctor for a throat infection and usually a Rx is ready within 25-45min of the order being received. First I get told that it’s going to take close to 3 HOURS! For a child’s meds? Seriously?! I call about 2 hours later to verify my pickup and now I get told there’s a very low stock of the meds my kid needs so I may have to wait till tomorrow to see if their shipment that comes in today has the meds that were prescribed to him- meanwhile I have a little one complaining of pain and discomfort. It’s angering to say the least. My best suggestion: GET IT TOGETHER GUYS! I just went ahead and switched back over to the CVS I usually go to in Ontario. This drama somehow doesn’t seem to happen over there. Worth the drive if I don’t have to deal with this level of INCOMPETENCE!

This was a great pharmacy with great staff before CVS took over. Now, every time I try to fill an RX, I encounter some kind of problem- the automated text messaging fails to alert me that my RX is ready, the pharmacist has trouble running the RX through my insurance, or they try filling the wrong RX, even when I've spelled out the name of the RX. The staff is no longer helpful and terrible at communicated and listening. I'm sad to say, I will no longer be using them as my pharmacy.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! They always forget to fill prescriptions and never have things in stock, which takes 3-4 additional days to get in...the worst pharmacy
